Can anyone please tell me what pin this is:

I believe it is this one, though the coloring looks a little off. It has been copied a few times as Sedesmas, but the difference is usually in the feet. This is the only version like this with a US Dollar sign, as well as the spats on the feet, compared to the Sedesmas that are bare webbed:
