On the East Coast the Walmart and Targets around WDW have them as well as a few hotels.

If anyone can help I'd love to trade for the 2 new dumbo pins too! they're amazing! and the new Jack and Sally one!

They are usually in the "Disney Section" of the stores, where they have all the T-shirts and other Disney merchandise. They usually have big Disney signs hung on the ceiling above the section so you can't miss it :lol:
 
Someone mentioned that the Target off of Harbor Boulevard and the 91 freeway (possibly considered Fullerton, it's near the Character Warehouse) sells Jerry Leigh pins. Check with Psycho Pixie to see if she saw Dumbo there?
 
Didnt see dumbo at the Harbor blvd target. Will look around for them.

the hotel lobby gift shops all along disneyland row have JL pins as well. sometimes a pretty good selection.
