You do have one of my wants, an LE 500 with Figaro... but I only have one pin from a booster set on your list, which I know isn't even close to the value.

Oh well!

Hopefully we can trade another time in the future. I like your taste in pins! It's plain to see you're an animal lover, too
 
I haven't been on the forum much at all lately and i only just saw this ,I am ever so sorry about Ashi. I know you love animals so much and you must be so heartbroken .
I am so sorry i didn't see this before i sent an email yesterday ,i feel terrible that i thought she was okay .My heart feels so sad.
I am so sorry that you had to say goodbye to Ashi .Love and hugs and pixie dust :hug:! I will try and get some Lucifer pins for you .

I am doing okay. I miss Ashi like crazy, but I am grateful that her death was relatively quick; she didn't suffer long.

I sat with her in the backseat of the car on the way to the vet. Usually, whenever we put her in the car to go there, she freaked out the whole ride. This time she just laid there, giving me long slow blinks - which in cat language means perfect love and perfect trust. I knew she was in pain, but I believe that she knew she was dying, she made her peace with it, and she was telling me goodbye in her own way. ♡

SoraPandora- Even though I am a Veterinarian and pretty new at it after receiving my Graduate Degree it certainly is never an easy thing to suggest to an owner or owners that the best thingto put there pet to sleep. I can tell you however you did the right thing especially since your Cat had a sudden Stroke and was in a lot of pain. The likelihood if you would have kept your cat alive of the pet having a follow up Stroke would have been extremely high. It is never easy to lose a pet as they are a part of the family. I even get emotional at times when these things occur at my place of work. It is not easy to see. I also have 3 pets of my own(2 Dogs-Golden Retriever & Cheweenie & 1 Tabby Cat) and I know they are such a huge part of my family.

Thank you for your comment, and for doing what you do! I have so much respect for veterinarians. I know it's a job I personally wouldn't be able to handle.

I had to look up what a Cheweenie is - Awww! I love daschunds... but I am a cat and pug person myself.
 
I have wanted to be a Veterinariian since I was pretty young. I love animals and taking care of them is so rewarding to me. Tito is my Cheweenie and Tink is my baby girl Golden Retriever. Simba is my big boy chubby cat. I will share a photo if there is a thread for photos like that. I just haven't come across a photo thread yet.
