Bloody fed up of their stupid pathetic excuse of a website that does not let you order the new Monsters Inc Pins. I had two pin-friend's request them, been trying for over and hour and all I get is a stupid revolving, blue mickey mouse waiting circle that never loads onto the payment method website. This happened last time with the Ariel pin. Fed UP.

No more will I be buying from their stupid website.
 
Somebody obviously got to them, because I kept hitting refresh the whole day until the pins appeared, but Monsters only gave the "oops, not available" message. Well, at least I got the Rescue Society set.

Apparently they only have a couple of pins available online when it is a pin which will also be available in the stores.
 
Next they have a Cars 2 two pin set which will also be available in "select stores". So, good luck trying to get that online!
 
This is why I stop trying to place an order, its bloody frustrating and a complete waste of time, their system is crap and needs to be reviewed again we are not all able to get the pins we want so I too will not be using their website anymore on release days. I don't understand why I can get the pins I want from Paris including all the limited editions every month but I cant get them from my own country? Disney UK think again or more customer will feel the same as me!
 

Totally with you on this one. I need to check the Paris website, I often forget about it. How fast do they dispatch pins and how much is shipping btw?
 
I can't remember if we had this discussion before, but which browser are you using? I use Firefox and I've not had any problems yet. Perhaps it might be worth trying a different browser?

I'm surprised the Monsters Inc sold out to be honest.

we get the pins dispatched once a month and the cost is about 7-15 euros depending on how many pins are shipped, I would also add we have used this service since 2004 and have not missed a single pin we wanted! last months pins were sent on Wednesday morning and I got them Thursday afternoon via DHL so even that service is better!

If you think about it say it's a LE 500 in store you might get 15 pins sent to store which leaves 260 pins to sell online!! Thats 130 people making a transaction with 2 pins ago so either there is More people in the uk trading than we think or people are double or More ordering I think Disney should track that only one household gets a pin!!
 
for once I got this pin cause I love monsters inc. I got 2 no problem. what browser are you using? You know if you're using internet exploder that could be the problem. download google chrome or fire fox.
 

Are you talking about the Disney Store FR site? I can't find any pins there. Or is there a separate site for DLRP?

Add Opera to the browsers having problems with Disney sites. I have not had difficulties browsing them with IE.
 
New releases on UK website

Disney informed me a couple of months ago that you can only buy the pins as a guest, i.e. do not log in. Since following this advice I have not had any problems buying online.
 
Dang, I'm moving to the UK. You can at least get pins from another country. I can't even get pins from my OWN country. And from a place that is very close to where I live. Besides, the Paris pins are very nice and they much better designs than the US pins. So find me a house - I'm moving in.
