I have been trying to meet Scoop for months. Finally figured out that I need to stop looking for him on Thursdays. Anyways he was great, gave me his new custom pin and autographed it. Later when I walked by him he called me out by name and we chatted some more and took a great picture. So glad I never gave up and what a great free pin!
 
As you can see by the pic on the left, my daughter got to trade pins with Scoop two weeks ago on our first trip to Disney World. We walked into Magic Kingdom and there he was. She was so excited. They traded pins and the he signed one of his pins for her. She proudly displayed that pin on her lanyard for the rest of our trip.
 
Scoop is awesome! When I met him a couple of years ago, he was wonderful to me and my hubby! When we went back this past year, he not only remembered me (which is really impressive when you think about the number of people he meets), but he was amazing with our kids! I would love to get a hold of his new pin. He showed it to me in January but it was still in production! I literally have a whole section of my collection dedicated to scoop! :)
 
Wow, great to see he is still around! I met him probably 7 years ago or more now. He's a great guy (out of costume too). Great memory and will remember you by name if you see him enough. I remember at one point he wasn't sure if Disney would renew his contract, but glad they did.

I turned it over and found that Scoop had personalized it with my name and his autograph...back in 2005 :) Good times
