Yeah, Mike...what a nice touch from them...raising a price! Since she's a villain, I know she's one you want. Boo on DS :-(

I just...I seriously can't...

I mean, this is a Fortune 500 company. I don't understand what's so hard about getting a good, working website/online store?

Target.com needs lessons, as well. I put in the *exact* name of the product (which I had purchased at the store, that very day), and I *still* haven't been able to locate it. And I'm pretty sure it's *their* brand. I also tried basic keywords...for storage file box, I got (in addition to every file cabinet known to man EXCEPT mine), green giant green beans and ziplock bags. -_-

I got my princess and the frog 110th legacy pin today, to find that the pin was placed in the box face down (ie front of pin against the base of the box), but the rear side of it was protected by those big air bubble packaging things. Hmmm. Luckily it wasn't damaged. Also, huge box for 1 pin!

I don't collect these 110 legacy pins . But I really like the one where Beast is holding Gaston out by his throat . My bills are behind now b/c of co pays for medical, but this one I just might get . Can you see someone filing bankruptcy and the judge asking why it happened and answeing addiction to Disney pins . Teasing of course, its not that bad, but the thought is funny .

In this case, I think the original price was the error - this pin has both a slider element (the hedgehog) and a movement element (the Queens arms & flamingo club). I only wish the queens swing had gone a little further so the "club" came into contact with the "ball"

Same thing happened to my order. I only had one pin and it came loose in a huge box, no bubble wrap at all, and the box was partially opened due to the cheap taped they used to seal it.

LOL Steve, I hope they find the bubble wrap they lost too, and better yet, that they actually remember how to use it.

I actually bought the Aladdin Vs Jafar Pin and the Alice with Walt Pin from them a while ago and the SAME thing happened to me, apart from the opened box. :| Seriously, they could have used a smaller box at least

I saw this too and couldn't help but laugh. I guess since she's a villain she's committing a felony? Or perhaps this is only a misdemeanor. And where exactly is all of the money going that we line Disney's pockets with? Clearly not on their website. Or customer/guest relations. Or pins. Or the artists that design the pins. Now where again is that money going? Is it just me or did pins used to be much nicer, sometimes even gorgeous. I have pins on my wants of characters I don't even collect because the design and quality is so good.

That would have been awesome, although just another instance where Disney's designers miss the mark.

The code is "EXPO 2011" (there is a space) - the code is good til Sept 15th...I used it four times yesterday :)

Works without a space too :p

Also there was a code for free shipping if any Halloween item was being checkout out including any NBC item. They currently have $3.99 NBC plush that's on sale that can be used to activate the free shipping too.
