Pinbum, RSP stands for Random Selection Process, which is used for some Disney pin events. All items available are listed in a "catalog". People registerd for the event can go through the RSP list and identify which pin/box set/framed set they want as their first choice, second choice, third choice, and so on. Disney has a deadline for submitting your selections, which they then put through a randomizing program to determine who gets what. Not everyone gets everything they have asked for. For example, if 300 people ask for an LE250 item, 50 people are not going to get one. You are then notified by email about a month before, and given about a week to 10 days to cancel anything you have decided you no longer need. It's not the best explanation but I hope it helps.
Pinbum, we are talking about the Random Selection Process for the pins at the Imagination Gala Pin Event (in Title) in September in WDW. And, yes, you have to Register for the Event with Disney for $140.00.
THANKS for all the interest!!! As stated in the edited first post, I have found someone to buy my RSP for the Imagination Gala in WDW. Hope to see you all there. TTFN, Sue
