So I just got back from WDW as you know... And I'll preface with this: as a kid I LOVED Star Wars (I'm 26 now), I went to Disney world 16 years ago for SWW and got to meet the real bobba fett and chewy.... I didn't see the most recent 2 films, because I grew out of it...

But my fiancé LOVES star tours... So much that she went on it 9 times over last week!!!! (Happened to be SWW again)

So I thought it'd be a good idea for her to watch the Star Wars movies, so over the last 2 days we've been watching the six movies. And I must say, now that I'm older I can appreciate the story line more!!!!! And I think I'm beginning to fall in love with Star Wars again...

How Does that relate to pins? I just got one of the SWW pins from eBay (legit seller) and now am hooked on Star Wars pins!!!!

***look what I just got in the mail ***

That's great. I'm abig Star Wars fan and can remember the first time I watched the original trilogy with my parents
I'v always loved Star Tours & Star Wars and am finding the pins slowly creeping in to my collection
I tend to like the Disney characters as Star Wars characters pins & Star Tours attractions pins. One of my ultimate grails is a Star Wars pin as you can see in my siggy :bigthumb:

I am a firm believer that if you grew up with Star Wars and loved it, the passion will always remain! Glad to hear you found your inner child again lol Star Wars FTW! Nice pin btw!

If you take out Jar Jar Binks, 60% of the CGI and use real makeup and costumes, and get someone who can write dialogue, then episodes 1-3 would have been awesome!!

Star Wars pins are certainly fun! We got this pin also and LOVE it! 3 generations of Star Wars fans in our household. I was hooked on originals when they came out, my son grew up with Episodes 1,2 and 3 and my 4 year old granddaughter is growing up watching them all and will have 7 (8 & 9?) to grow up with

I love Star Wars, grew up on the original three and introduced my three sons to it. So its been a family favourite for a long time. I like all six films, but my youngest whos 5, likes to keep replaying the original three.

Seems I am in the minority here, but I liked Hayden. I especially liked the part where he turns to the dark side and fights Obi Wan, all the anger and emotion coming out. Cant beat the music they put to that, especially when all the Jedis were killed off, that gets me crying everytime!! hehe

i've always been a star wars fan, but i hadn't been collecting the pins. i figured i'd stick to regular disney pins.

but i JUST broke down and started adding some star wars pins to my collection. of course, i had to pick a big ol LE collection that no one is trading T-T they're so cool tho! they're like travel posters for different planets in the star wars universe. i love em! but no one's really trading them, and i hate to have to buy em all... so frustrating >.<

here's an example, for those who haven't seen the set i'm talking about: Naboo
