Suggestions Needed!

OK, we are a little less than 3 weeks out from what I hope is the first of many Disney Events in the MD/VA/WV area, and I have been busy picking up some prizes like these:







plus I got Wreck It Ralph on DVD coming, Laz is helping me out with some Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom items, and I will even have a pin or two (I hope, LOL), but I do not know how to parse the items out. Free Raffles, Trivia contests, etc? What do they do at things like this? I have never been at a pin event before, either Disney official or unofficial, so I am looking for ideas.

Also, how many people should one expect at an event like this? It is on a few websites, plus the Frederick Community Calendar?

pin boards are popular, as are pin or disney trivia, themed after tv games shows<this allows the audience and players to almost instantly get the gist of the game, I have seen pictionary, family fued, password, Match game, that goes with the whatever the hosts want to do,>
Raffels work but need to be the fill in the form and we send it to you, or you must be here to win kinda thing<again how many folks you got depends on how long you want each "bit" to last.?>
old toss across games work or use buckets/baskets and balls for a tic tack toe version, 4 balls, three in a row in any direction wins.
wheel of pins works if you have a wheel and some pins, also other prizes can be used/substitued,

Stump the champ, find a disneyphile geek to be your champ , have them answer the trivia of the guests, if hes wrong they win, like the CM who used to work at Tatooine traders at star tours , that guy knew everything about everything star wars....

Take advantage of Disneys growing dominion, use star wars, Marvel, muppets, non traditional disney stuff to lure in the fringe folks to play too.

Lastly make it fun for everyone, if you finish with the plan and you think, man Id like to do that , then you probably did a good job planning!!!
