Thanks for the tag! Always down for a game.
So if I understand correctly, I pick 14 + 15, it's $15 per spot, then a randomizer decides what we win?
The randomizer decides the pick order. After the pick order is posted by a moderator, participants do just that... pick a lot. We will start with the randomizer spot #1 (whoever is in that spot) and they will have the first pick. Spot #2 the second pick and so on.

I mean, what do those numbers mean? So if I pick 14, what does that mean?
Your name will be associated with #14. When the randomizer is run say #14 ends up in spot #6 for the pick list. You 'own' spot 14 and so you would pick 6th. Five people would select their choice of lots in front of you. So looking at the lots available and how many are of interest to you are part of the game/calculation. Your spot 14 could randomize to spot 29 and you would pick last. Or you could be randomized to spot #1 and so you would pick first.

This is a game of chance. DPF rules are such that every person who participates will get pins (one of the lots listed and pictured above). Just where your number(s) fall in the randomizer order will contribute to what is available for you to pick. Every participant walks away with pins for each spot.

Note: even spot 29 will get a choice as there are 30 lots.
