After reading comments and PM's and thinking about this throughout the night... I have realized that my over obsession for this pin stems from my actually seeing it in person when I got home from our trip... It is so much more amazing than any pictures can explain... I immediatly wanted an extra and threw on a huge bid... But after thinking it through, I do not want to be soo selfish and not allow another person to own such a pin... I of course honor my posted bid and would never not honor any offer I make to anyone... But after thinking it through, I would truly encourge you Willie to let another person enjoy the pleasure of owning it... I Promise not to increase my offer in any way, and if I do happen to win the item, I promise to turn around and repost it up for trade auction so it can go to someone else... I hope you all get one in your collection one day and I will keep an eye out for any others out there... Again I am sorry for acting selfish...

Goofy_Moe, I have to disagree with your post....

The idea of this Auction House was brilliant. I have seen more creative ideas develop from DPF members, that, for me, has re-ignited a fun and exciting way to trade. The bids are a part of that.... Waiting and watching to see what needs to be added to make the bid work.

You owe no one an apology for your bid.

For this Grail (Super Jumbo Scoop), the bids will get high... They should. This is a great pin and lots and lots of people have dreamed of adding it to their collection. Grails don't come easy... That's why they are grails....

And what a win-win... Someone will add this beautiful pin to their collection, and hopefully, likely, Twins10101 will get the Stitch Grails that he has been seeking.

I hope Twins10101 and Goofy_Moe will reconsider, and include Goofy_Moe's bid... The auction isn't over yet, and no offense, but there are more bidders out there watching....waiting.... and plotting, to overtake your bid... 🙂
