ZAPPED! Thank you Damien, Lisa and Wally!!!
Last week was a really good week for receiving goodies from people.
First I won Damien's (Damiens pins) auction and I got a great pin in it. But he sent me the cutest Ariel figurine that is now a permanent fixture on my desk.
Now that I look at the picture, maybe it is time to do a little dusting. :facepalm:
I also received two packages with sweet treats in them. Those are the best kind!!!
Lisa (averysfairytale) sent me a priority mail box full of sweets. Believe it or not I have not finished all of it yet.
Also Wally (tokyodisneydad) sent me a penpal package with some great pins, but the best part of the package was these watermelon candies that are to die for. I think they may be my favorite candy of all time. They are from Japan and are amazing. I would show you all a picture of them, but they are long gone. They barely lasted a couple of days. Which considering there was 5 packages of them they probably should have lasted longer. Oh well, just means I have more walking to do.
Personal update:
Thank you to everybody who has sent the condolences about our dog. It means a lot to us!!! Also I am getting the strength back in my arm now that I am not letting any kind of doctor near it to "fix" it. Since I have been walking my back is also doing much better. So life is good again!!!
