What a day,

I had to go into the garage today to search for pin backs and it turned into quite a job. Wonderfully though!, I found a big tote that i used to keep all my super disney finds and collectables in there but kinda forgot about it. well i opened her up and wow i had some things i dont even remember buying, skulls and happy haunts pieces, framed art and skulls, and a bunch of pin sets and stuff i bought from DS.com. I added pics at the bottom.


Has this ever happened to anyone else? losing part of your collection and forgetting you had it?


 
Wow what a nice surprise, the closest I've gotten to something like that is finding a $20 bill in a old pair of jeans.

I know how that feels! In 2008, we moved from Scottsdale to Denver. We moved into an apartment knowing that we would be buying a house in the next year or two, so we left a lot of our collectibles packed up and stored in a garage. Then when we finally moved into our house in late 2010 and I started opening up the boxes I was surprised by some of the things I had. Plus, there were things from when we moved from WA to Scottsdale in 2003 that hadn't been out for a long time that I totally forgotten. It's like Christmas!

I is like christmas. I found my whole set of series 1 POH and a bunch of great items that i got at the NYC pirates event i never even opened

It stinks to lose your memory but its fun to find stuff all over again

congrats. thats so cool. i love to find things that i have forgot about. brings u back to the time when u got them. good job, Im sure it was worth the little bit of work...
 
The only time something like that has happened to me was when I found a Rapunzel europe disney store pin in the very back of my trading books months after I'd traded for it. It was still on my want list and everything! I've never found a whole stash though!
