Just got back into pin trading and I can't even get a hold of a pin from my favorite movie. Wreck-it-Ralph pins are outrageously expensive!! It doesn't help that there weren't many released.

It'll be a loooong time before I have this baby!

I need this pin as well I managed to get the other one through but the best released one has to be the uk wreck it ralph pin have u got that one?

The one that says "I'm gonna wreck it" with Ralph? That one every Wreck-it-Ralph pin collector has to have! Unfortunately, I don't have any  I wasn't pin trading when the movie came out. Now I'm left behind.

Good luck ...I'm sure you will get it eventually. Pin trading is all about patience....it took me nearly 2 years to get one of my ultimate grails.....u will own it one day xx

Wow, you must've been so happy and relieved to finally own it! I find that it is also about the thrill of the chase. Thanks for your support

Good luck Jazz! If it helps, you are definitely not alone. On DPF I think there were only a handful (including myself) who started collecting WiR before the movie came out. Many people didn't realize how amazing it was until AFTER the pins were all gone and now many are in the same position so you are not alone in your search ^_^

As for the pins, overall, WiR pins don't sell for THAT much with the DSF ones going for around $40 max and the UK and DLRP $30 max. However, just a fair warning, if the pin is of King Candy or Vanellope...good luck. While WiR itself may not be the biggest thing, those 2 characters are and anything associated with them is $50 minimum and upwards of $130 >_< At least the lack of WiR pins will allow you to focus on the ones you do like before more amazing ones come out ^_^

Aww thanks! You're really lucky that you caught the wave before everyone else did. I'm glad and not glad about the situation haha. I just really hope that those pins are in the hands of people who truly want them for the purpose of collecting. But like I said, it's the thrill of the chase!

I'm pretty sure I can build my collection with the few that ARE affordable. But my eyes are set on Vanellope! She stole the show! That's very true. Now that I'm back on DPF, I'll be on the look out for upcoming WiR releases Thanks again for the insight!

I recently realized how awesome WiR is, and King Candy has become my favourite Disney Villain... or at least one of my favourites. So I've decided to collect pins of him... of which there are only three at the moment. Easy, right? Nope! The Surprise Release is what I'm trying to find at the moment, I'm actually going to try buy it as trading for it would be very difficult. Of course that means about $100 to $150! He's a very expensive King. lol. But anyhow, glad I've decided to collect him, he's awesome! They need to make a pin of him in his Boss Form! Oh and a pin of him in racing gear... and a pin of Sour Bill!

And if they bring out a pin of Turbo... well that would be Turbo-tastic!

Turbo-tastic is my new favourite phrase at the moment.

I didn't see WIR untill dvd release day and I fell in love with the movie. I really want the Taffy pin, I will get it one day. I'm new to pin collecting as well but its really exciting seeing all my faveourite characters in pin form.

I'm sure, that in the coming days, one of those will be released. How can they not release a pin of Sour Bill?! Good luck on getting your pins

Good luck with the Taffy pin! It's always exciting seeing your favorite characters or even favorite scenes in pin form.

Thanks! I received the mystery set pin today, and waiting on the Surprise Release which I managed to buy recently.

And yep, a pin of Sour Bill would be awesome.

I'm sure a Sour Bill pin will be made eventually but I doubt Disney has faith in him selling his own pin so just a fair warning, I'm sure that the day a Sour Bill pin comes out, it is highly likely it will be part of a whole Sugar Rush set on DS.com or something. I always imagined it being a set with King Candy, Sour Bill, Duncan and Wynchel (on one pin probably), Vanellope, and then maybe a few other Sugar Rush racers or at the Candy-coated Cybug.

A Sugar Rush set? Hmmm, I'd only need King Candy and Sour Bill if they made that. Though might be easier to just buy the set and trade off the other pins. lol.

King Candy Boss Form pin! Ahhhhhh! Awesome! They should make it. And everyone wants a pin of Turbo, right? HD and 8-bit forms!

Totally agree with you! The more Wir pins the merrier!

Hehe, so much potential for Wir pins! I wish there was a way to petition for pins. Like a few thousand signatures will get Disney to create and release a pin of our choosing! Sadly all we can do is wait.

I hope some more King Candy pins come out soon, buuuut not before I get the three that have already been released. Need those first. lol.

Yeah, I think the best we'll see in the oncoming months is maybe a surprise pin at the WDW event in September (which would be King Candy) or dare I say it...a BT :anxious:

Yay, King Candy! But how difficult would a surprise release from that event be to get? Hmmm...

That would be pretty awesome! Do you know what the theme is this year? Noob question but what is a BT?

Hi! The WDW event in September is villains...and BT = Beloved Tales

Best of luck to you from a fellow WiR fan.

Thanks for clarifying that! A WiR beloved tales pin?! Makes me giddy! I'd love to attend the event but I wouldn't want to show up with my teeny collection lol.

Thank you, I appreciate it

A BT WiR would be crazy sort-after. Hence why I'm hoping if they do release it it won't have King Candy on it, even though he's my favourite character from the movie, I do not want to have to try and find a BT pin!

But a surprise release pin from the event of him... OR OF TURBO... would be cool.
