I wish I could help, I love this set. I used to have a 2nd Hades but chose a bad trading partner on pin pics and never got it back. I only have a 2nd Mother Gothel. Maybe you can use that to trade for a Hades or Red Queen? If you can set that up, maybe we can do a three way trade? Just a thought. Good luck!
 
Let's see I do have a second Mother gothel as well and also a Cruella and Captain Hook.
