WDW Pixar Pin Event
Well, for sure there won't be any Tigger or Cinderella pins so, my RSP will be "available".
Anyone who is interested can PM me here. Sue
I am going for sure! Can't wait. My birthday is actually the 25th of August so we were going down there for that, and then I find out about this. Talk about icing on the cake!
Yes, for pins outside of the free gift pins you get just for attending. Closer to the event Disney will release a catalog of extra pins to purchase on top of the cost for attending the trading event.
So, for an example - say the event costs $100. Each attendee receives five pins as a gift for coming to the event. Then Disney also has for sale 20 additional pins for $10 each, and you order 5 of those pins. As a sponsor, you would pay $150, and receive the five included gift pins and the five extra purchased pins.
I hope I made sense.
You made a LOT of sense.
I would wait on the event catalog before deciding whether to sponsor anyone. You should also decide whether the cost of the pins, etc. is worth sponsoring that person, or whether you'd rather pay the increased cost. Obviously, the more pins you want from the catalog, it will be worth sponsoring someone, but if you only want one or two, see if you can do a partial sponsorship.
I agree on the help of the description and the idea to wait.
As this is a Pixar event and I collect Boo, I am considering sponsoring someone depending on the number of Boo pins.
Is there a way someone more knowledgeable than I could create a thread (sticky-ed until after the event) for people interested in sponsoring and being sponsors? Maybe do this for each event. All contacts (or all after the initial?) between people could be pm or even email to remove this website from any third party-ness.
