Well this sucks - broken pin :(

This was my Jasmine and Rajah mystery carousel pin No idea what happened, where she fell off, or when she fell off. I am absolutely gutted. Has this happened to anyone else?

Oh, that's horrible! If you have/find the Jasmine piece, can you not pop it back in again by pressing the Jasmine part down against the pole? I noticed that my Aurora one was a little off so I managed to push it back in again though.

If it's any consolation, my friend, I'm pretty sure this was a common complaint with these pins. :/ I'm sure that doesn't make you feel any better, but I think a number of people have had the same problem with the R/C Carousels.

I'm sorry. I hope you can get a replacement. The main complaint about these pins, minus the failed execution, is that they break easily.

The funny thing was I dreamt this had happened to my Merida pin last week! I've just had a good rake for her in my house and she's definitely gone

I also heard that several people had issues with these pins. That's too bad. Maybe the piece will turn up somewhere. I will keep my fingers crossed.
