Hi DPF!
I just thought this would be interesting to see what your favourite PODMs are! I like some PODMs more than others not just because of the scenes, but because of the actual pin itself!

My favourite year 1 PODM is and because:

I love the film Bambi and I like the colours used on the pin. It would have been nice to have had flower/Thumper on the metal bit of the pin itself but I still like it a lot with just Bambi!

My favourite year 2 PODM is and because:

I love the actual pin itself in person. The colours of the pin really stand out and it features three characters from the movie not just 1.

I have not seen most of the PODMs in person so of course my opinions may change over time :)

My favourite PODM frame is also the Mulan frame! :) I adore the colours, and the way the characters are featured! I also love the Lion King frame for similar reasons (as well as the colours) and the Steamboat Willie frame. I quite like the Lady and the Tramp frame, too! It's so cute! <3

The frames which I think could have been nicer are Beauty and the Beast (not a fan of the garish kinda glitter fill in Belle's dress, and the black and red colour scheme), and Aladdin- I love the Genie, but it's kinda a boring frame... good thing the scenes were so good! ;)

Having said that, I love ALL the PODMs, they're all so beautiful and unique! I admit, my Mulan scene was traded for just for the pin frame, not the actual scene... :lol:

i'm a bit biased, since it's the only Disney movie i collect, but i really do like the Lion King one. i think they did a really great job on it. and someday, i hope to see it in person ^^
 
If i was to pick a theme for PoDM's and try to get a bunch, i would want frames with character BUTTS... LOL

however. my fav frames for PoDMs are....

  • Tangled: Max and Flynn
  • Mulan: Khan and Mulan
  • Dumbo: Zebra momma and baby **got it**
  • Cinderella: Her Horse Major floating on bippity magic **got it**
