What should Disney do to fix the Disney Store Park Pack mystery boxes?

I'm against blind purchasing in principle... To me, things like mystery boxes and these park packs are a demonstration of how Disney's pin industry have declined. Instead of trying to put out good product that people want to buy, they're just trying to coerce people into buying multiples in the hope of getting a complete set. And I really don't get the whole subscription box thing (What if you get stuff you don't like? Why would you spend money on stuff that you evidently don't need, since you clearly don't know what you're getting? Who has money for that kind of thing?!). I suppose it doesn't help that I'm very particular about what I like and this type of service would miss the mark 90% of the time.
That said, if they're going to do it, they should at least put more effort into it. So far it really does look like the OE pins are just stock from the parks they couldn't sell, and the LE pins are just lazy. The Cheshire Cat one was decent but would have been better if they put more work into making it a sequence of him appearing/disappearing. The only one I liked out of the whole bunch posted there was the "Mickey Mouse Sound Cartoon" one, and that missed the boat because instead of different borders they should have had different interior scenes.
I can understand why sales are declining. If you're going to run a mystery box/subscription box type service, you've got to at least put cool stuff in it. If people figure out that whatever they get is going to be lame, that'll be the end of it.
