I saw a post about how people organize their keepers, but would love to know how you set up your binders for in-person trading events? I used to do by price, then switched to character, but then wondered if it's best to go by set/series, or maker, and now everything is just a hot mess but I know I need to get my act together before the September events. If helpful, I won't have a table so will be handing over my books to people who have my ISO in the hopes they can find something to trade for.

I go by rarity. So I have a book with OEs/HDs, a book with low/mid-range LEs (park LEs, etc), and one with high-range LEs (MOG, DEC, etc). That way I can hand over the book relevant for the pin(s) I am interested in. Although folks often want to look at everything anyway.

Within the books there's not a ton of organization but I do try to keep series together.

I keep all Loungefly mysteries in one bag, Disney Park/official mysteries in one binder, Figpins (minus the minis) are in clear boxes sorted by license, holiday and character. It’s a process that always changes at the last minute before I have to pack for a trading event 🥲
