Hi everyone!

We do not know about anyone else, but we are very upset at how Disney removed the trading tables at Epcot. We were told they would be gone for about 2 weeks, but I believe it has been atleast a month that they have been missing. Anyone else think they might be gone forever? We really hope this is not the case because we really do not understand why Disney would want to stop trading taking place in the parks? In our opinion, it only helps them profit even more. Has anyone out there heard any update on the tables?

Also, like many other pin and Vinylmation traders we live in the Disney area, and can not patiently wait every 2 months for a trading night anymore. Many of our friends agree with us that we should try and see if we can compile a group of people that would like to start a little trading group. We figured we could meet every so often at one of the counter service locations at one of the Disney resorts? If you are interested reply to this post. If we get enough of an interest we will pick a date and location to try and hold a trading meet up.

I believe it has been well over a month since they were pulled, and every time someone sends a query about when they are due back, there is one reason or another why there was a delay. I do not see them coming back at this point

I say so long and good riddance to the trading tables. There was no profit to be made except for the sharks that made suckers buy new pins for their crummy old ones. I have heard of Epcot escorting people out of the parks for doing this practice but I saw it too many times, especially from this blonde lady in a wheelchair. In my opinion they made Epcot look like a flea market and I hope we never see them again.

My recommendation is to hold the "Official Pin Trading / What's Hap-pin-ing" peoples feet to the fire after their "official" comment

"We received word today from our partners at Epcot that the trading tables at Pin Central are still undergoing refurbishment. They plan to have them returned at some point after the Easter holiday. We apologize for any challenges."

If they're not coming back, then just say so. Giving official lies only decreases their credibility, and insults their "guests". If they had an official "change of heart" and banished them to Neverland.. then say so.

Precisely my feelings. Why keep lying? Just get to the point! I don't think they ever will though, because they lied about all of the other tables they took away.
