Disney Princess Designer Collection DOLLS --- NOW WITH PICTURES PAGE 3! ---
ANYONE INTERESTED IN A SNOW WHITE DOLL. I have relisted it and started the bid at $70. If anyone wants the info please PM me. :) thank you

This is the definitely the wrong thread to be posting your wares. This is why we have the Marketplace forum. And when you DO post your wares, please state a specific asking price. We reserve the right to close/delete any threads that are not following any of our DPF guidelines.

I really wish they just made these made to order instead of having limited quantities.

Rose,

I simply love your artwork! Do you sell any of it? I might be interested in talking with you about doing some stuff for my daughter ..... if you are interested.

By the way, my husband used to import rubinetterie from the Milan area and we used to go there 1-2 times a year. We would fly into Milano and stay on Lago Maggiore in Arona. Do you know that area?

I can't see how they could change the LE numbers now, the dolls must have been produced by now. I expect the limit will change, but this will just mean people will use two computers instead of one, and use multiple logins to get around it.

Yes but if they change the limit of 2 to 1... we have MORE chance, not??? Its the only sensate thing to do.
If they produce more dolls...the "realize" will be realized later.. If and if and if... Anxiety. I want my doll. Nothing else. :(

I love your optimism Rose!

I am thankful to be ordering from the UK where for now it doesn't seem so crazy. Hope that doesn't change!

The uk site will be ever more relaxed because they CANT ship in United States. I will be help you,if the situation going crazy. :)
And yes i am a little bit optymistic, but when i think i will be not have my Rapunzel doll.. i cry! :( ... I laugh for not fall in depression!

Only if they don't make later releases limited editions while still maintaining good quality.

I think this will open the floodgate for further dolls....

Is that a good thing?!

I really hope they make a second wave of these dolls.....this is ridiculous.
Someone up in Disney HQ needs to put a stop to these re-sellers...best way would be to re-release the dolls next year and much higher LE quantities.
Maybe 1 million worldwide, seems to be a lot but that'd stop those b******ds >_>

I agree ! I think Disney should sell 1 doll per person, possibly make it 1 doll per family with required ID . So the Evil Bayers don't bring their spouse, their cousin, their cousins cousin . You get the idea .

Go sister! :D
Who want the dolls? US!!
Who dont want the ebayers??? US!!!!

One of Disney's BIG mistakes with this product line was actually numbering the CoAs and announcing how many of each doll were produced. By doing so, they trapped themselves from making more of the exact same dolls (in order to re-release any of them, they will have to tweak something: colors, accessories, hairdos, etc. to make them look different from the existing dolls). Mattel has been producing LE dolls for years, and the CoAs rarely (though it does happen on occasion) say which number doll you have in the series. If Disney had not done this, they could have produced more of each doll as necessary to satisfy the demand. That would also cut down the scalping, because the people who are only buying and selling for profit really would not know how "limited" the dolls were. "Limited Edition" is a very loose term, but if you say "Limited Edition of 8000," you can really only make 8000 of that particular design.

Imagine if Disney will be realized the 9 princesses (except Cinderella) after October 24 in LE 250 SILVER EDITION! All the princesses with silver dress. O my god. The end of the world.

No, the Silver Cinderella was a one-of-a-kind special release just for the D23 Expo to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the opening of the very first Disney Store back in 1987. Yes, the Anniversary is really next year, but the next D23 Expo will not be until 2013, so they had a special early celebration with several items for sale in the Disney Store area at the Expo - several of the D23 Expo exclusive Silver Anniversary items can be found at disneystore.com

So..the last hope is the limit of 1 for each guest-user-family-IP address. :p :( Hi Shiva!

We are all forgetting that one of the reasons for this series was to generate interest (and news coverage) for the induction of Rapunzel into the main Princess family - the original flyer for the Designer Princess even had information on the contest where the winners got to go to London / Kensington Palace to see the induction in person.
