I love the AIW hidden mickey set. Would make sense if there was an Alice completer. Also, QoH Window of Evil Pin looks amazing! Hoping I’ll be able to trade for it!

So...MAYbe? But seriously, this is an excellent theme for an event. I'm really looking forward to hearing more. I'm already going through movies with medieval aesthetics in my head.

Is there anything new or exciting in the silent auction(s)?

There are mostly framed sets from past holiday collections. It's cool to see them all together, but nothing that made me pull out my wallet. XD
