Here's what I collect:

Anything Mr. Toad
Epcot
Anniversary pins (park and attraction)
Piece of Disney History
Star Wars/Tours
Passholder Pins
Donald Duck
Main Street Electrical Parade

What got you into collecting horses of disney? Did you use to own one or go riding one now / when you were younger?

Yup. grew up with horses actually. Showed Arabians growing up. I also bred a couple mares over the years. raising the foals was fun! I worked for a couple trainers in my early adult years. One dressage, and one hunter/jumper trainer.
 
I honestly think I collect a little bit of everything because I collect what I think is pretty hahaha. Buttttttttt if I had to narrow it down I collect primarily:

Ariel/Little Mermaid
NBC
Chip n' Dale
Peter Pan
Tangled
Sleeping Beauty (mostly Briar Rose and her in blue dress)
PoDMs

Side collections:
Pirates of the Carribbean (attraction not the movies)
Hercules (mostly Megara)
Aladdin
Hunchback of Notre Dame (Esmeralda)
Marquees
Fantasia
Kingdom Hearts (attempting to start collecting)
 
Hmm, with the move and all I haven't been able to get caught up here much so I'm just now seeing this. You're certainly getting a ton of responses though. That spreadsheet is going to be huge! :) Well, for me I collect Si and Am, Ariel, Star Wars, Cheshire Cat and Alice in Wonderland, 101 Dalmatians, Eeyore, Peter Pan, Tinker Bell where she is dressed up as other things, Jasmine alone, Beauty and the Beast pins with either Belle alone or Belle with the Prince/Beast, Jessica as pins, Jessica in places pins, also like Muppet show characters and some Lucifer and Jock pins. Wow, that seems like a pretty long list :/ Maybe I should start to scale back :lol:

I'm actively collecting Main Street Pins, Scoop Pins, CM Related Pins, Pins of Shows and Attractions that I worked at, etc. Now that I have a daughter I'll probably start collecting things on a whim such cutie princesses, or stuff both my wife and I enjoy such as Lady and Tramp, Lion King, Kingdom Hearts, Wreck it Ralph, Epic Mickey, Marvel, and Star Wars

Pins with Billiard references.
Pins that are Disney versions of famous paintings, sculptures and prints.
Art Nouveau Style pins
The Stitch In Europe Pin Set
Error Pins
Some Pixar pins
and I have just started collecting Mike Wazowski and Hades.
