Report to better business bureau and also to the mouse? Can’t imagine if enough people report it that they’d be able to keep their licensing. Really, truly, am floored at how horribly this all seems to be managed for you all.

I mean all of their latest pins that haven't been in the boxes have been stock art so this isn't surprising.
At least the golden magic ones gave them new backgrounds etc

I don't think I'll be buying much from them going forward...

So... received a tracking email listing a pin shipment about an hour ago. Tracking says label created, not in mail yet. Will update when I actually have them in hand.

Update: not in hand yet, but shipping confirmation says they are in hands of USPS and will be here is 3 days.

Upon receipt this will finish my pre-sale purchases... I think... definitely need to double check everything has been received.

I received what I think is my final pin from them, ordered the pins in January of 2018. The kiss the girl pin is so off. The faces of Eric and Ariel are the worst rendition of disney art that I have ever seen on a pin. I own the rapunzel carasoul horse pin with the wonky face but this may beat that. I think they just finally okayed any version of this pin to get it done and out to people. I have emailed them my disappointment. Some of my pins from them, snow white and aladdin are so beautiful, so I know it can be done. To wait so long for such an awful pin!
