Hey gang! It’s me, your pickup wizard popping up for a spell! Just for this event! Don’t get too excited.
I was lucky enough to snag an Epic package for the event and, since there was a wealth of pins this year that covered a lot of spectrums, I though I might as well use my chance to pass along some magic.
I have received my RSP results, so the pins listed here are confirmed. I will not be accepting requests for any pins or quantity of pins not listed here. There may be the off chance that I add something later, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
READ BEFORE YOU REQUEST:
If you post a request, I fully expect you to actually pay for the pin. After a certain window, I will be unable to return any extras/cancellations. Please do not request a pin if there’s a chance you might back out—for instance, if you’re signed up in a co-op and are requesting here “just in case,” or if you have a trade set up but want a backup “just in case.” If you cancel a request and I an unable to return the pin or pass it on to someone else, I may be forced to leave negative feedback
Pins will only be available to request until MONDAY, OCTOBER 18 AT 11:59PM WDW TIME. After that, anything unclaimed will be returned.
HOW MANY CAN YOU REQUEST:
In past years, I’ve limited the number of requests of event pins like this, but I will not be doing so this year. However, please do not take advantage of the opportunity to get pins and hock them for more money elsewhere. It is my intent to give everyone a chance to get pins for their collections that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to snag easily. If you want some of these as traders, by all means request some! But be considerate in such a case and don’t go all Supermarket Sweep on us
Payments:
Invoices will go out FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22 AFTERNOON. You will have 72 hours from the time of your invoice to pay or arrange payment. Lagging payments and “ghosted” requests were the biggest problem and headache in past years, so please try to pay timely. If you need more time, simply let me know—that counts as “arranging” payment.
Cost will be: Retail + Total Tax on your order + $3 surcharge per pin + shipping** (+ paypal fees if sent as goods rather than gift).
(Surcharge is covering both ticket price and shipping to me)
**Shipping is $4.25 for US shipping for the first pin, then $0.50 per additional pin. (Orders including jumbos or box sets may incur additions shipping charges).
**FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be sure to mention this in your comments so that you get the correct invoice the first time. Shipping just a few pins to Europe and overseas is often a whopping $15 or higher!! Canada is often a more moderate $9. Be aware, this is not my price, but USPS, and your exact shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package.

All orders will go out as soon as I receive and package up the pins, which I believe is early November—probably until a weekend or so after I get them in the mail.
MYSTERY BOXES:
I am not selling unopened mystery boxes. However, I will be getting several for myself and I will then sell off my extras in a separate thread. I will post about that before I ship out orders from this, so you are welcome to combine those. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST MYSTERY PINS HERE. Just keep an eye out for that other thread once the pins show up
