Rapunzel's hair and dress are huge, both mostly hidden underneath the dress! There's also a beautiful braid that I guess is mostly hidden unless you open her up like I did!

Ooooh! That sounds lovely! If possible, could you post pictures on either the Doll Appreciation or the Unboxed Doll threads?
 
I will when I get the others! Currently have Flynn positioned nicely inside the box so don't want to open it again yet. But when my others get here it will be a mass rearrange, so will do it then. I've never figured out how to get them off the stand, if anyone knows let me know too!
 
No orders shipped. My friend was able to get Rapunzel but when we went to check on the order status, it says "No" to being shipped :P Order completed at 9:32 am pacific time.

*Now, if I could just persuade him to give me Rapunzel* ;-)

I know that Moondance and DRJ1828 have been able to take the dolls off of the stands. There is a picture that DRJ1828 posted on the Deboxed Doll thread that shows Snow White next to the empty case and stand. The stand is one I have not seen before with a "C" shaped seat that the doll sort of sits on to hold her in place. I am assuming that the stand sort of clips onto the doll to securely hold her in place, so you may just need to gently, but firmly pull her off of it to get her out. Of course, be careful with any restraints and ties to the cardboard backing.

BTW what is the status of your missing Princesses?

I had 4 in my cart, and check out took forever. I only needed to press the complete checkout as I was in the final stage of check out and the cursed thing never went through. And as I was waiting for my order to go through before any of the dolls I had in my cart sold out, the page took forever to load, and then the connection was reset. Then one by one, the dolls started selling out by the minute.

This was a horrible experience.

Welcome to the club! :sad: I didn't even get past the login screen on my PC and my mobile kept telling me "invalid login" and "can't add to cart" when I clicked on the add button on each of the item pages...I gave up around the same time as you.

As for the missing shipment, I called guest relations last Saturday and they said they send another internal eMail to D23 but I haven't heard back yet...I am waiting until the chaos dies down from the past two days before trying again...Thanks for asking!

At least you guys can check upon your orders online! We who used DSUK can't do that - if somebody has found a way to do it PLEASE let me know. I was telling a friend how I got one order through and then another order was left hanging four times but still reserving funds from my account four times leaving me bancrupt. When I told him I called Disney and they "released" three of the reservations and checked if they could fulfill the last one, but later had to cancel that as well, he said: "Wouldn't it be funny if they accidentally cancelled the order that got through?". Now I live in dread as my account has not been charged for that one "good" order and I don't dare call Disney again. Maybe I'll just push my friend under a tram...

On the US site, you sign in, then click on My Account (just to the right of where you click "sign in") and then click on Order History, select the starting and ending dates and then click on an order number...

There's no Order History option on the My Account page on the DSUK site... That's why I was asking if I'm just being daft and can't find it.

Duckmite, you wont see a history section or I didnt when I placed an order for the 2 ariel dolls before they sold out. I just had my email with my order number to go on. So I say ring customer services and give them your order number and they will tell you what is happening etc

only downside to that is I rang and they my order number isnt a number disney use and asked me who sent me the email and I said disney and I bought 2 dolls and I had to give them my full name and address so be ready for that just incase
 
I feel so sorry for everyone here I had a great experience with the final 5, had two fabulous friends Mandy in the US who got up very early and managed to get me a Jasmine and Constance (from here) who picked me up a Tiana then on the UK site when they went up for sale, thanks to the very special ROSE for telling me they were under Designer and not in the usual place :) i just poped one into my cart (was freaking out and shaking at the time) then pressed the back button and got the second one then pressed back button third and then went checkout (i wouldve grabed more but i ran outa moneY sorry) and then checkout and done i was soo happy:) Then got up early to see how others went on the US site and couldnt believe how bad it went:( My heart goes out to all of you and i hope you can get your dolls in the end Massive hugs:)
 
Question- I ordered mine as a guest, therefore I am not able to check my order status for some reason. I paid using Paypal, and it still says "pending" when I check if the money's been sent. The money is gone from my pp account, but Disney is still processing it I guess. I guess the question is directed towards those that have had their dolls shipped already (and used paypal), but is the payment reading "completed" or does it still say pending. I kinda wish I signed in to my Disney account now, but I heard from people in the past that checking out as a guest was easier.

Received a phone call from a DS Supervisor today after talking to Customer Service about the online order. She told me that certain parts of the country were not able to login to the website period and She told me she was very sorry and offered me the 25% coupon towards an online purchase on October 20, 2011.

How sad that we never even had the chance to order.

@mybabykelly - I would think you could track your order by using the account number, your name, and your e-mail address on the disney store. As long as you ordered it on the US store it should work, at least I'm pretty sure it would.
 
I'm in Florida and I could never get on the site. Can you PM me the name of the supervisor? I have am gathering data for my letter to the Board of Disney Corp. As a stockholder, I'm entitled to ask to have my letter read at the next meeting. I've had one read previously so I'm sure if I document it well, I will be able to get it done. Thanks.
 
I posted yesterday how after not being able to get the Aurora doll I wanted since I couldn't get through Check Out, I went ahead later in the afternoon and purchased the other two items I had in my cart. Then yesterday evening I found out here at DPF that Disney Store online was offering a 25% off coupon on 10-20-11 as sort of an "I'm Sorry" thing. Well that didn't help me in the least with my two purchases earlier in the day and I didn't even qualify for any kind of discounts, free shipping or other offers on it! Since I was for sure not going to be buying anything else from them so soon again, I tried emailing Guest Services to ask if they would apply and adjust my invoice to give me the 25% off after all the trouble that happened with the Designer Doll I was trying to buy. Well, as you can probably guess, I received a reply today letting me know that they couldn't do that. The reason being was that the coupon offer was just for Thursday 10-20-11. Idiots! Duh!

Well, it looks like all the Ebay sellers have alot of competition. Hopefully when the market gets flooded, I'll be able to obtain Rapunzel and Aurora for "close" to their original price at DS.com. Ideally sooner rather than later!

Thanks for nothing Disney. A 2 hour waste of time yesterday.

My sister and I live 30 minutes away from each other in the Orlando area and we were both able to order. :( It was slow, crashed many times, and after I completed the PayPal payment screen I never even received a confirmation page from the Disney Store website. But by sheer luck my order went through and I got the "Thank you for your order" email.
 
Just got my shipping confirmation a few minutes ago! I kept checking the status today, fearing that they would cancel my order. Can't wait to see these beauties in person.
 
Did anyone who's dolls have shipped pay with a saved credit card on the site? I've seen on other boards that some people are having issues with this and I'm getting nervous as each hour goes by.
