Oh great - bad news from DS UK!

Last Friday morning saw the release of the 3 new disney pins (Sword and the Stone, Tiana and The Muppetts). I was one of teh lucky people who was up at 9AM and purchased with no problems at 9.04AM BUT DS UK have just emailed me with this:

We’re extremely sorry but we experienced some technicalissues on disneystore.co.uk on Friday morning at around the time that our 3Pins were released and the consequence is that we sold some Pins to people whenwe should not have done so as we do not have stock to fulfil this order.
In an effort to be fair to all of our collectors we havereduced the quantity of Pins that you ordered and have refunded youaccordingly. We would like to send you a ‘mystery’ Pin from one of our recentreleases for your collection to keep or to trade as you wish.
We would like to additionally offer you a code to use asyou wish on your next order; the code offers you 20% off your entire orderexcluding delivery charges. Your code is ##########.
Again, we’d like to say that we are sorry that thishappened, we’ve passed all the information to our IT specialists to put stepsin place to prevent a reoccurrence.
