Hi, I was just wondering if anyone ever bought from this store and if they're trustworthy? Looks fine to me but just wanted to see if anyone else had any experience. Please let me know if you have bought from this site before. Thanks :)
Caroline

I have bought several different things (t-shirts, pins, etc.) from them and all the items were delivered in perfect shape.

I bought a shirt there - never received it, no reply to emails or phone calls, had to file a paypal dispute to get my money back

So, how does it work?

  1. Rewards Points are simply another form of promotional discount we offer our customers, that other websites do not offer.
  2. Rewards Points are automatically generated by purchasing items on our website, www.yourwdwstore.net.
  3. Rewards Points can be used to purchase gift certificates and discount codes.
  4. Customers earn 1 Rewards Point for every dollar, or portion thereof, spent on the website (S&H does not earn points.) If an order is canceled, rejected, returned, or refunded for any reason whatsoever, the rewards points associated with that purchased are null and void.
  5. Any item purchased with Rewards Points must be returned with the order it was purchased with, otherwise it shall be charged against the purchasers original payment method at full non-promotional value.

I wrote about this in another thread but I'll post my story again:

I purchased mickey ears that I couldn't find anywhere else on the web or in the parks. I bought insurance to go with it because I didn't want to take my chances. It ended up getting lost in the mail. They sent me another one and it made it to my house just fine. However, if I hadn't bought insurance, they said they would not have sent me a replacement or refunded my money.

I wouldn't recommend them...I know this site was brought up in a thread here over a year ago with someone else who had issues too.

I purchased the Tangled opening day from them when it was released and it took probably two months to get my pin, and I had to hound them for it. It did eventually come, but for something they kept insisting was in stock and being shipped "right away"....
