Hello- Curious if anybody knows what I should expect from pinpics after filing a complaint? This is the first time that I had to file a complaint and not sure what I should expect. I filed complaint this past Thursday and haven't heard anything. Thanks- Jason
 
Did you forward your all of your e-mails with the other trader?

I have filed a complaint only once. I forwarded all the communication with the other trader as well as the DC# for the pin I had sent.

The Pinpics mod got in touch with my trading partner and straightened the issue for me. I got my original pin back after 6 weeks and I only lost the postage.
 
I heard it's an unmonitored area. I tried filing a complaint with a user but didn't have any e-mails to back up my side. /:

By the way, I'm missing the Rapunzel pin for your package so I have to go back out to WDW and hopefully get one for you.
 
Thanks- I posted all of the emails in the notes section of the complaint. The moderators just posted a note saying that the other trader was sent an email asking when the pins were shipped and what the dc# was. I'll keep you posted.
