Whats the most you've ever spent on a pin?!!?
Wow. There isn't a category for me! *lol* I spent $55 on 2 pins from a magical transformation framed set, Mulan and then Mushu as a kite. I hardly ever have money to buy pis on the secondary market and have only done so on a handful of occasions. Everything else in my collection I've either bought at retail(or less due to my cast discount), or traded for :)

$65 for Designer Belle. . . .

Otherwise, I think $100 or $125 for the jumbo pin at Mickey's Circus. My pocketbook cried. :(

Usually, $30 is my limit on any one pin, with a few exceptions. . .

I spent $150 for the Japan Art of Disney- Alice in Wonderland pin (the first pin in my signature). I hope not to spend more than that on one single pin,but who knows.

I voted! I was looking through my pins and of course... when I got to my PODMs I was like oh yeaaaa I spent xxx on this... i completely forgot XD

LOL... Us too. We have only ever spent for one pin is $20 for movie pins last year. :):):)

I dunno what my most expencive pin is but I don't THINK I have spent over $100, lol, when I buy something I don't really pay attention to what I am spending. I'm very bad for that and gives me a lot of OOpses! XD!

I just joined the ranks and spent almost 60$ on a Tangled PODM! I'm proud-- I've wanted it for a long time and I finally sucked it up and bought it! So glad I did, and I'm so anxious for it to arrive.

Okay..I won't say the price but it is probably one of the highest prices paid for a pin outside of a framed set.

That pin was Pinpics 5297 the 1999 Winine the Pooh/Tigger Friendship Day from Paris and it was complete (the pin in two parts and one can sometimes find one part). But..I did search for it for over 5 years and never even SAW one in person until it was the one that I paid for. I justified it as a graduation gift for myself and it was my holy grail (probably still the toughest pin in my collection).

I know it kept its value after my super insane buy..as the 2nd one that came out of hiding -also went for the same price.

Pin buying/trading is all about timing...when it shows..how much you want it..and measuring the likelihood that you will EVER find it again.

Tiggernut, that's a really cool pin (and by the looks of the T/W ratio, still a difficult set to find). Is it my imagination or is Pooh Bear black in that pin?

$255 on Designer Rapunzel :/ But all I need for my "complete" Tangled collection now is the compact mirror and reveal/conceal. Unfortunately, I don't see me paying less than that for either of them...

Someone told me about that pin and it looks so awesome. I heard its "very" expensive and I was shocked to see how hard it is to get. What a pretty piece for a collection tho :)

I think about $120-130. Timing is everything in this hobby. Deals pop up every now and then, and you have to be there just at the right moment.

I paid $87 for my tangled gondola scene. I did pay $200 for the MNSSHP framed set, but since that was a set it doesn't count lol(it is the most i've spent on a pin item at one time though lol) :)
