Limited Edition 17" Collector Dolls Information
I still wish they had made her more traditional with the right hair color and bangs and her dress in a silver color and more of a ball gown shape instead of an A-line, but she really is sweet in person. I like the expression she has and I can not complain at all about her pretty face. I still think her necklace is overdone and gothic looking instead of "Cinderella". It was nice on the designer doll, but for this they should have done something different. I don't need her to match the movie exactly, but she just seems a bit too "modern prom" and not fairytale enough.

I totally agree with you!! And she is also the only LE princess lacking a prop of some sort. I just feel like they really could have wowed with this one. She's still pretty, but she could have been spectacular.

I wish they had given her a mini Jaq or Gus Gus! :) Especially as they are on the box cover from the photos I've seen of her... I can't wait to open mine later today.... only another 5 hours to go! Pupuce, what number did you get out of 5000?

I think the jeweled hair ornament is supposed to be LE Cinderella's prop, much in the way that LE Wedding Rapunzel has her jeweled tiara. Of course, LE Wedding Rapunzel also has her awesome veil to go with... so she ends up with a more impressive overall look.

You don't have to fully debox but if you open the cover and take out the plastic and the doll, your certificate of authenticity with the doll # is in the bottom.

I love the fact that she has her glass slippers, but the metal stand ruined them. Happned on both of them. Anyone else's??

I THINK think the # is on the side of the shipper box, on one of the labels called COA.

The Certificate of Authenticity is usually inside the shipping box as a standalone card (example: Wedding Rapunzel) or slid into slits on the back side of the display case (example: the Designer Princess dolls). Maybe the Display case is what you are calling shipper box?

Opps , it's called CART# , it's under the le girls doll labe on the shipper box. I noticed it on accident. It's not the actual certificate but just the number .

It that mark on her shoe a rust stain or a hole? Or both?!?

It looks to me like a rust stain. I took the slipper off and it does seem to be stuck on there. :( Someone on another board I am a member of said that I should try non-acetone nail polish remover... I dont happen to have any, but I might give it a try later.

That's horrible about the shoes! Haven't checked mine yet. :ugh:

With my Cinderella in hand, though, I agree with what's being said in regard to her look, and I can say that she, along with Belle, are my least favorites of the LE dolls, mainly because they had so much potential.

BUT I do have to say that when I opened my Cinderella DVD I was super excited that The Little Mermaid has been confirmed for a Fall 2013 Diamond Edition release! SOOO now I can't stop thinking about what the potential doll could look like! :)

That is exciting news! I reallllly hope they put as much effort into Ariel as they did for Snow White. I haven't always been a huge fan of the Cindy doll, I really think she had the potential to be stunning, but I still wanted her because I do think she is pretty.
I love this tonner doll - imagine if Disney had pulled a 17" Cindy like this!

Anyway, an Ariel doll will be GREAT!!!! ^_^

Mine is here! Yay! She's so gorgeous! I got number 2442 of 5000. My Cindy's right slipper is like that too.. :( Otherwise she's perfect. I will post pictures later. :)

My Cinderella's shoes has the same stains, too. I'm going to ask my local DS about it tomorrow.
