Well, I know what is going to happen because he already started doing it, he is trying to find a way to defame me here as well as what he has threatened to do in chat (yes I took picture of it, and copied it to mods). So I am going to come out and say what happened. And no, I didnt steal your money, in fact if you want to get technical you owe me $5.
People are going to ask who is it, and you will send them a PM saying is me. So here is the other side of the story.
That is so not true Mark and you know it. You told me you were pissed at me for offering you crappy scenes, you are assuming that I got tons of pins and trying to sell them, yet I dont know where you are getting that from.
You told me you should have gotten premium picks of the scenes I picked up, which for you paying cost, $25 I don't think is fair of you to ask.
I told you almost all the scenes I picked up were very similar. I also told you I could not guarantee scenes. YOu threatened me and told me you were telling others at DSF to not trade with me. That in fact the word was already out.
You accused me of so many things that are unfounded, and untrue. You demanded that I told you how many scenes I got and which scenes I got, which I told you are non of your business.
I told you I didn't get many scenes, I even told you I wanst able to pick up enough for everyone who wanted from me.
I only offered 6-8 scenes in that post to others and not that many people responded, so I only picked up a few. You have now sent a couple of your "friends" to harrass me as well.
You did not trade the pins with me. YOu picked up BT pins for me at cost for which I paid you $65, and You paid me $60 for two podms. I told you specifically and I have the pms to prove it that I could not guarantee what scenes I got. I told you when you asked me to pick them up that I had two people set up with trades that I would let choose before you.
I didnt even have to offer you a choice of scenes. You told me you were upset and didnt like the "bottom of the barrel" "crappy" scenes I offered you. You demanded that I tell you what other scenes I got, and how many, and I told you that I shouldn't have to.
I offered you a refund, and you said you had done it because of getting me the last Beloved tale pins that came out and that they were really hard to get, because of standing in line so long and how difficult the dsf releases are compared to podms in WDW.
So I sent you your Beloved tales, just the way I got them. I also told you that since you hated the scenes so much, enough to go around and threaten me and talk lies about me to others, I would not require you to take the podms.
You would owe me $65 for the BT that I sent back from you and since you only paid me $60 you could do what ever you wanted with the $5 extra dollars you had of mine.
FYI, I only presold 3 podms, one of which was at cost!!!! $25 for a member here who could not afford it.
I am not selling podms for PROFIT! The reason I cancelled your order, is because you told me you were dissatisfied with the scenes, that you didn't like them that they were crappy, and that for Batb you demanded certain scenes, to which I told you, I could not do it.
You started defaming my name, came into chat and started talking trash to others and threatening me, (yes I sent those to the mods!) and have copies of all this stuff to prove others. I told you I wasn't able to get much variety as soon as I could, you paid freaking cost for the two podms and you sit there and harrass me, spaming my inbox with insults, and threats and then stalking me in the chat room.
No, I don't think is unfair that I got first pick for the scenes I got. I was the one who drove 6 hours round trip, stood in line twice for a total of 6-8 hours, and got sunburned, while I drug my daughter with her sprained ankle so we could get our scenes. I'm not offering up my daughter's podms because she bought those with money she made from baby sitting for her own collection. I told you that someone who was supposed to help me get scenes was unable to go.
I cancelled your order because you have been nothing but rude to me, demanding AFTER THE FACT that I show you my scenes and demanding that I tell you how many I got.
The truth and fact is that I NEVER EVER promised you any specific scene, and you bashed me, defamed my name, telling people not to trade with me because all I would send were crappy scenes.
So, no, I'm sorry. I'm giving those scenes to two people, at cost by the way on this forum who I told would pick up scenes for them if I could.
You cannot honestly expect that everyone will do like you said your friend does, that she lets you have first pick even before she picks her own scene.
Sorry, but I will not sell you something that you hate so much and have harrassed me so much. So, sorry, I am not selling you the Mulan scenes.
Maybe you can use the money from those scenes and buy some nicer ones from someone else.
