Might want to wait to get some feedback from satisfied buyers?

I read this yesterday and couldn't make sense of it, now that I get the jist of it, this post is quite rude. What does the "try not to make it to hard" in red supposed to mean? And as King Niptune stated, I would not be willing, and i can't imagine anyone else, to pay $15 on top of the cost of a pin. Might as well go to the bay and get it from there.

Well this is the weirdest thing I've ever read. Why would anyone pay anyone more than the cost of a pin just to find a pin?! Weird.

I'm assuming if it's a pin that is very hard to find or one of your grails... let's say Rapunzel R/C then it'll be worth it? that is if you're willing to pay for the pin, shipping + $15. Let's say I guess if the Rapunzel R/C is around... $1000~1,500 on the Bay but he found one for you for $900 which you are willing to pay then that plus shipping and +15 wouldn't be as bad as if you were to try to win one on the bay for over $1k.

It would, but I would have a hard time paying the person all the money (that is the pin, shipping (both ways since it sounds like he wants to be the middleman, which would mean that the pin would be shipped to him and then he would ship it to you), and a fee). So, if you did get the R/C pin and wanted to pay as goods (to protect yourself), you'd have to pay $960 (3% fee multiplied by 2 AND the cost of shipping both ways [which is probably another $60 to get it insured for its sales price] AND the fee), you might as well try to win it on the bay for $1000 postage paid (if that could happen).

Now, if he were willing to give the information up (that is provide the potential buyer and potential seller with each other's contact information and pending a successful transaction, get the fee), that might be a different story.

P.S. This should probably be moved to a different forum since the OP isn't the one selling the pin, he's offering his services.
