And actually it cannot be stolen directly back by the person who it was just stolen from. They'd have to pick something else, and if that something else was stolen and their original pin wasn't locked down yet, THEN they could steal it back. :) Again, I know it may seem confusing so if anyone has questions, feel free to PM me, Angel, or Kupo!!
