luckily most mods aren't allowed to play such favorites as per they will get in major trouble with admin. Its not about hiding behind a computer, I truly hope you all figure out who I am but as it stands folks tell me I have done good work and staying anonymous has helped so for your friends and mine I will stay anonymous for now :) I also hope to be able to help many people out with this release but I cant promise anything. After my friends get what they are looking for I will be zapping the extras off :)
 
Didn't they try the no lining up until evening thing before and a huge shoving match broke out between all of those hovering around the alley waiting for them to say it was OK to line up?

I just called dsf, I spoke to one of managers. They told me that evening is consider at 6pm. Anybody lined up before that will be told to leave the location and come back. They said they will enforce this as much as they can with everyone.. No lining up day before either. I gave him a example of showing up at 2pm and he said I will be returned away. Just some important info I wanted to share!
 
Lol Well hello there fortune. It's a pleasure to finally get to chat with you on the forum since I've only been on here a few times. You have repeatedly badmouthed Marisa and I and I don't see how it's supposed to make you feel any better since most people love us anyways.lol You Call yourself a keyboard warrior but the way I see it is its just another word for COWARD considering the fact that you have never addressed us in person about any problems you may have had with us in the past. You seriously need to grow up, man up, or grow a pair whether you are a man or a woman. Lol you are clearly not very liked as a person so you need to run home from Disneyland to get on you little computer and say what you couldn't bring yourself to say when you were right in front of the one your whining about on the forum.

It's 'patrolled' by the other people in line... If you've been in line for hours, and suddenly someone appears that you've never seen there before, let the security guard know. Unless everyone in the line _supports_ cutting, any suspicions will be verified quickly... Everyone pretty much knows who has been standing around them all day, so it's hard to just casually slip into the line...

I wanna go down and sit on the bench now and see how long it takes someone to tell me I can't do that... :) :)

They actually kicked out 2 young men in line in front of us last week! They were def not there and then appeared....so they are aware!

I never called myself a keyboard warrior I called someone else that. I agree it is another word for coward...that's why I called them that Also whoever said I have recently seen you at the park? You assume a lot :) as for everyone loving you ....that is not true I should forward the messages I have to you but I wont because those are the people I do this for :) again Like I said I was not gunna say anymore but everyone had to keep it goin. I suppose maybe I shouldnt have said what I did at first but it was something that really bothered me so I did speak out. HOWEVER that doesnt mean the stuff that came after was okay. As I say two wrongs do not make a right.
 
Well I hope they do enforce it, and call the cops if that's what it takes for people to start following a couple of simple rules. I lived down the street for years from DSF and except for the occasional release could show up later in the week and still get the new releases, and the Beloved Tales and Marquees that are so popular now, they used to hang from the racks for days, sometimes weeks. I think this new found DSF greed is getting out of hand and it has really turned me off from pin trading. Everyone says we're a community, but a community isn't just made up of people with similar interests, but of people who help one another and while I know that there are quite a few people who do help other members there are just as many, if not more who take advantage of them. Selling a pin for $300 2 days after it came out when you paid like $15 for it with tax is not helping anyone out but yourself. When I lived closer I always picked up pins for people for no more than the cost of the pin because I figured whatever additional expenses or wait time I incurred were by my own choice. No one is making you be there. So I hope DSF does enforce their own rules, God knows that Disney likes to make rules and then throw them into the wind when things get difficult, but I hope for the sake of all of the decent traders out there that this event works out for the best.

Also Sebs I dont know about you(or whatever kinda weird stuff youre into) but I prefer if women did NOT star growing pairs....well unless its the kid of pair that the hooters crew are out for then that I Guess I can support. lol
 
I can just see it now...at least 40 people constantly pacing in front of DSF and then as soon as 6pm strikes, mad dash to form the line haha xD The problem with that "no lining up thing" is that they can't prevent people from crowding around DSF and loitering. People will be there days in advance in case DSF doesn't enforce the no lining up policy and if nobody gets to line up, there is no law against staying in your car so they'll do that and as soon as 6pm hits, they'll be there already.

Also, this thread seriously needs some glitter, butterflies, and rainbows.

The Rules are very unclear. It's states that " We ask pin traders not to line up any earlier than Thursday evening"
It doesn't say anything about lining up earlier isn't allowed or that if a line forms people will get kicked out. It sounds like their asking people if they can line up Thursday evening, like a suggestion. They should be very clear on times and lines because this can be a crowd of people running once the line is allowed, similar to the Pixar release not too long ago. Or a line forming prior with people being upset thinking that they weren't allowed to line up... Hopefully this release goes well.
 
fortune, I don't know who you are and frankly I don't care. I have read other threads where you have badmouthed Marisa & Sebe and I let it go. I have to be in the right mood to open my mouth. Today was the day!
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. This way others won't tend to defend their friends.
I'm from NJ, BTW, not Cali or FL.
I appreciate their kindness. Now Marisa asked you to PM her with your problem, did you?
Or meet them face to face with whatever your prob is, but don't call them out publicly on the forum.
