no worries. Sadly I think the majority of people will be like this so Im saying this year might be our last just as postal costs will be same next year or higher so not looking good.
 
Bumping this back up again. Can anyone else send 1 single pin?? Surely that will not cost a lot to do?? We are looking at making this the last one we will likely do due to the US postal increase as me and elaine can not buy all the prizes etc. so IF you can spare 1 pin (that is all we ask) please do so to make the last one even more worthwhile.

You do NOT have to send heavy items, if you do then that is all up to yourselves so please don't complain at postage costs when you have chosen to send more than 1 pin (we appreciate the thought but not at the cost of complaining for postage costs)

Yes, at first I was wary but then I got a great pin set of Jadestarr for the mystery pin door game for the $10 that was donated. So people can donate money if they so wish for me to purchase pins for the day if you so wish.

I have received a donation from someone and I can not read the return address but it had 12 vinyls, 10 jrs, 31 pins and a vinylmation two set so if you donated this can you please PM me!

This fell through and I wast not told either way a donation was not being sent. I was looking forward as was planning on putting whoever I received with a custom vinylmation I was planning on doing :(

Over 1,000 views. And shipping qoutes have killed our donations :( I am hoping other people will want to donate for out charity event. Anyone??
 
I have received about 10-12 donations since October, and thanks to the generous people sending more than 1 pin and going so far beyond will make the last one successful. As with the ones I have received so far many have sent 5+ pins which is great so makes up for the lack of interest this year.

So thankyou to those who have donated stuff.

And I dont see this thread making any more donations happen as I think it has run its course which is a shame.
 
Thanks for that so hope people may want to donate something. But Ive ran out of hope as I think people would rather donate pins to Goofy_Moe's thing than this purely down to the shippings cost. which does make sense but it is a kicker LOL.
 
Hello everybody, I am a committee member for the Scott Ward Schofield memorial fund. I would like to thank everyone who has donated pins, vinyls and other Disney items for our future pin trading day.

The holidays we provide create lasting memories for the families of children and young adults with this EB this life limiting and very cruel disease. The charity had just arranged a holiday to DLP for 2 little brothers Cody and Harry who both suffer from EB. Sadly Harry passed away only a few days ago and I was very shocked and saddened to find out his brother Cody passed away last night. These beautiful children have got their butterfly wings.

This sad news only makes me more determined to raise more funds and send as many butterfly children on holidays. I'm hoping this years event will raise £1000 that is my target. We can make a difference to the lives of these children and young adults and their families.
