That is probably the worse I ve heard from the disney store!!! I hope you get it sorted out soon!!!
You should ask for some kind of compensation as they have breached your data protection...I d be livid about it!!

So, gave them a ring, going to resend my items and pick up the other packet. But no mention of a refund or anything just express delivery for my 'troubles'- The person was really nice from DisneyStore but still.

Hazel, I am happy you got this resolved! :) But my goodness they could have done more for you than that! :shock: I would email them again about how they shouldn't have passed on your info to someone else, etc. maybe you can get a few vouchers out of it or something? They need to step up their game after something as bad as this! :( Good luck! :hug:
 
Its nice that someone let you know they had your package. My order before this one went missing, it was with the courier, but never showed. Disney sent me replacements by fast delivery, but now hearing your story it makes me wonder what happened to my original package. Since this happened they have been mailing my two pins in a large box!!

On another order, the sku labels had been removed from the backing cards and cellotaped to the bubblewrap?????? Why oh why? Disney does annoy me sometimes!! Oh and yes, that was the one rare occasion that bubblewrap was even used. Usually the pins come buck naked and are swishing around together.
 
Whenever I buy pins I pay with paypal and it takes then 1 whole week to acknowledge my order to then get delivery email. I find that a joke as by the time they could get round to putting my order together it could be sold out. I remember I bought 2 dolls for someone, heard nothing, rang them, they told me my order number didnt exist and that it was not sent by them and I was like it was I paid with paypal such n such etc they found it but after about 20 minutes on the phone..

Thank god its not just me! lol! On quite a few occasions, I havent received the confirmation email, and when I ring they cant find my order. Ive had to sit on the phone while they search their system for my order ..... I then get told they have to link my payment to my order for it to register ..... I dont know how their system works, but it just seems mad that this can happen.
 
Update:

So I got my replacement over a week ago, then today I got a text from YODEL (which I think was aimed at Disney) that the package they picked up almost a week ago is going to be delivered, confused I checked the tracking and well that package must be cursed with bad luck or something as it has been round half the country!! Starting from Cheshire it has been to Stoke - Wednesbury - Norwich - Hatfield - Norwich - Leamington. That is over 550 miles and over £110 worth of fuel costs!!
