So my girlfriend (Charisse) has been on the edge whether or not she wanted to stop pin trading or not, but there was a particular set that kept her going.. so now, I am determined to get these pins for her to keep the hobby alive for both of us ! it wouldn't be the same to be doing this alone :(

So DPF family! Can anyone help a brotha out ?! Would love to find the DisneyShopping.com - Stained Glass Prince & Princess Set for her! We already have Pin 64542: DisneyShopping.com - Stained Glass Prince & Princess (Giselle and Robert) crossed off.. so help on the others is GREATLY appreciated. The pins I am now looking for are:

Now I know this is a long shot, but wouldn't hurt to try :)

I prefer to trade for these, but if purchasing is the only option for some of them if not all.. I am willing to buy these pins at a reasonable price, but if we can work out a trade, by all means lets keep this hobby going with the trades ! Thanks for reading and help is much appreciated !​
 
Tell your girlfriend she is awesome :) This was the set that started me into pin trading so I can see where she is coming from so easily. I was on the fence about pin trading because I knew it was pricey and I already have a more prized collection in my opinion that nothing will ever top in my eyes (my Kingdom Hearts collection) so I was nervous about starting and then...I saw the Little Mermaid Stained Glass pin.

I then saw the whole set and my jaw dropped to the point where my statistics teacher (because I was in class) knew I wasn't paying attention, not that she cared haha xD

Good luck getting this set, it seems really difficult at first considering only 99 technically exist of Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and Cinderella since I am NEVER letting go of my set (and technically LE99 of Enchanted but you already have that down pat, which is good considering that pin is getting very hard to find and is now tied with Sleeping Beauty I'd say whereas last year it was easily the least wanted in the whole set) but it only took me 3 months and I'm nearly done (just have to complete my trade for SB and then find BatB) ^_^

The only thing I'd warn you about is trading for these is rough O_O Most of the time I PM'd people about getting the pin I would ask what type of pin they'd be looking for in a trade (in case I could buy that pin on Ebay or something) and most of the time, the response was that the pin would have be a very high grail. If they appear on Ebay which they often do, I'd definitely try my best there :) I know the prices of all 6 by heart now haha so if you ever have any questions, feel free to PM me. I love this set so much and when your girlfriend sees any of them (especially the first one) she will not regret pin trading haha xD

Thanks so much! Very helpful reply :] Definitely interested in the prices of these pins on an average. Yeah I got the Enchanted one for her, and when she saw it, it lit a little spark back in her interests in pin trading. She's been fading from pin trading due to the increased prices of the pins and how hard it is to keep up now, but this set really got her motivated a bit. If I get ONE of these at least a month.. it should keep her interested hahah.. been trying to get her into more collections. But this one finally got her attention.

Glad I could help, I was in your exact same position a few months ago (well, your actually ahead of me since I had none of them O_O) so I'm glad I could help someone else, they are the most beautiful set in my opinion in the world haha As for the prices, they generally go:

Cinderella: $50-$60
Snow White: $50-$60
Sleeping Beauty: $70-$100
Enchanted: $60-$120
Beauty and the Beast: $140-$170
Little Mermaid: $150-$160

Those prices are generally around what each pin goes for. Enchanted has increase substantially over the course of a month so that is why I really cannot tell. Within this year alone it has sold for as little as $8 (yes, a single digit) to as much as $125 so it is the only pin in the list that is so hard to tell.

At the same time, generally LM and BatB go towards the lower end of those numbers ($140 and $150) but I have seen them sell for as high as the highest listed. As for Snow White and Cinderella, nobody seems to be that interested in them which I find shocking because I think Snow White is one of the better one in my possession at the moment O_O but they only seem to range around there ^_^

Hope this helps and don't be deterred from some of the higher priced ones, patience is a virtue and you'll get them in due time ;)

haha thank you I hope you do as well, I have to admit so far for every single one I have I've had help from minimum 1 DPF member. Everyone is so nice here that in time, you'll get them :) It may not be 1 a month or a perfect fit, but it'll happen!
 
You might have some good luck if you send out trade requests for Snow White, Cinderella, and SB. I know those can all be traded for with some fairly good pins. LM and BatB might be difficult though >_< GOOD LUCK STILL, can't wait till you update that you got one :)
 
Good luck AceOfSpades, I just realized that if you're talking about the BatB pin....UGH!!!! lol That is the only one I'm missing ironically haha xD Oh how timing works out so ironically sometimes haha

Actually, AceofSpades has Giselle already (I think so at least) in which case he wouldn't need it so it works out perfectly :) However, if he wants to drop $900 (it's much closer to $900 than $800) it could work :)

There is but so far it has auto-declined up to $700 from what I've heard and if you read the records of what people have offered there is only one time the seller counter-offered (which means she received the offer and didn't automatically decline it) and when she did counter-offer, the buyer ended up saying "no" so clearly she is looking for a hefty sum more than even that buyer who offered a lot to begin with wouldn't pay :(
 
I usually don't by from that seller for that reason....they have pins priced very high. PLUS the jerk gave me my first strike on my eBay account when I had tried to email them about a certain pin I won. I don't care though because my account is in good standing and 1 strike won't hurt my 100%. I just thought that was a pretty crappy way to go about it given I messaged her. Oh wells lol.

We can only try :) Hence why I'm glad my friend knows her because that is probably our best bet. I messaged her once and she was very nice to me so I don't have anything against her and I quite like her as a person so far besides her prices being high sometimes. They are her pins though so she can charge whatever she wants for them, they just won't sell being priced THAT high o_O if not, we just wait until one of the pins we need comes around again xP
