Dreams - Rapunzel Pin
Good luck everyone who is trying to get this pin! Honestly, just know that if you DON'T get the pin when it first comes out, the price will be highest when it first comes out. Every Tangled pin out nowadays is highest when it first comes out, so if you wait a while it'll come down. I really cannot say how much it will sell for, but I would guess it'll be high, but nowhere near the highest of all Tangled pins.

It seems like the general consensus doesn't believe it is the nicest Tangled pin and many will want it for their Tangled collections or their Dreams collections, but outside of those 2, the pins is kind of odd and I can't seem much interest in it. Still, the fact that it is UK, Tangled, and hard to get will probably put it around $80 I would think in terms of USD...and that's AFTER it calms down. When it first comes out, I'm scared it might reach $200 O_o

I kind of find myself wanting it for trade purposes, but I don't have the means of acquiring one. I don't really like the look of it myself, for my personal collection, but it is cool for Tangled collectors! :) Good luck to all who are trying to get it!

You might get lucky. I am heading to Star Wars Weekends 2 weeks after this release. I will have to put funds back for that.

That's what a credit card is for. Just make sure you take one where the cut-off date happened just before you get to WDW. Then you won't have to see the bill for over a month! :)

Anyhow, back to the original inquiry. It sells for 12 pounds right (original retail). I would say that it would go for double that within a few days, triple retail within 2 weeks, then maybe quadruple retail within 3-4 weeks, after which it will settle down. Mainly because Rapunzel & Flynn are in their gondola but it's a "picture" of them in the pin, versus them being on the outer part of the pin which will probably keep the value not too crazy high.

I don't see anyone trading for this pin for an insane grail but who knows?!

The beauty and beast dreams pin has sold on ebay 4 times that I have seen and always around the £31 or $46 mark. I think tangled will be more popular.

After seeing the quality of the pin in a larger scale from the BatB release, I am dissapointed and won't be collecting the whole series. I am just gonna get a tangled one from a friend I hope for my collection and call it a day... I wish the pins were bigger but of well. They look like just a regualar rack pin.

I own one and I think they are lovely quality.

I've been offered the BatB pin via pinpics trades for $20 pins multiple times by multiple users. I value it closer to that. There are always paranoid buyers and people that really just don't care for patience that will pay higher on eBay. But I don't think the BatB pin is worth more than $25 in trade myself. The Tangled pin will be had for a decent $50 trader from DSF or WDI.

Don't get me wrong, they are cute. But in my honest opinion they do not warrant a crazy price as they aren't jumbos or anything and the colors are far away from what all my other tangled pins look like so it' making it hard for me to even want it on my Tangled board. If you look at the picture there are parts that are screened on (which rubs off) and the center is another picture that can easily peel up with time. Is it just me, or do others prefer pins that are actually pins and not picture bubbles on metal? I am just stating my humble opinion as i have been conflicted on whether or not to even collect this series. Even though the pin looks better in this picture. I cant help but notice that the card shows the pin is not even a large one. whith all the design in this creation I wish these were bigger, but then again. maybe cause its smaller it will end up on my board after all, (now that i think about it.) LoL, sorry if I'm rambling... I just woke up! haha <3 Good Afternoon <3 <3 <3

Please don't hate me for my opinion, as I am just stating that, ...my opinion <3
<3 Laz
