2013 Fairytale Designer Collection
Does anyone know if the metal stand on flynn is removable? I tried to pull it out a bit but it was not budging.

Thank you :) I didn't/couldn't remove the stands so I had to resort to turning the base around. I noticed that underneath the cardboard there are plenty of holes for placing the stands. If I could manage to get them out and re-glue them, I'd be one happy camper! Maybe I'll try with some non-acetone nail polish remover, that seems to take glue out well. Any ideas/suggestions?

Technically, it should be removable, but perhaps with some effort (if they are glued in place as Menne mentioned). My only experience was with a doll stand that had popped out of position via shipping sometime between the factory and my house (by which there was a lot of handling of the item in-between), and I was able to replant the doll stand in place. There do not appear to be any screws holding the doll stands in place, so it probably is glue. If they are supposed to be glued into place, a glue solvent may allow you to pull it out.

Menne is right that the DFDC doll cases have multiple slots for the doll stands to accommodate all of the different poses that were designed for the different couples, unlike the Designer Princess and Designer Villain doll cases, which only have one placement option. If you are able to remove the doll stand to reposition it, you would have to make a new incision in the bottom cardboard for the new place that you want to put the stand. It will be interesting to see how these will be customized to better improve displaying the dolls! :)

The same thing happened with Designer Princess Rapunzel. Her corset got untied while I was in the process of deboxing her, but I just tied it again, and made sure this one wouldn't get undone so easy.

BTW, I'm extremely nervous as I will pick her up online! I'm from Mexico, so I have no other choice other than online! Hope the process is as easy as 2 weeks ago with Snow White.

I have a question. Can I use Disney Visa Reward towards the purchase? I tried several times before but It didn't work.

If you mean the rewards you have earned and loaded onto your separate Disney Rewards card, then you should be able to apply that to any DS.com purchase. If you mean the 10% off of a $50 purchase or more, then no, you cannot normally use that for any sort of limited edition dolls, including the Designer dolls (though you might if they stay around long enough to go on clearance) and the 17" LE dolls.

So, you enter the Disney Rewards Redemption card number, the month/year expiry of that card, enter your back-up credit card information and then your DS.com password, but then nothing happens? Personally, I have only used my Disney Rewards Redemption Card at Disneyland. However, I have had occasions where I used a regular Disney gift card, and it did list it in my order summary as a method of payment along with my CC, but the amounts on the right-hand side did not adjust. Then when it came time for them to charge when the items shipped, my credit card was charged the correct amount only with the correct amount of the GC being taken off the order total first.
