Shipping/Paypal Help Needed
Hoping someone might be able to help me....I mailed a pin on September 3rd via Paypal shipping as I always do, and the tracking shows that it was delivered to it's destination.
Today I got a message saying I never put the name or address and because of that they were sending the package back to me. Paypal however does not allow you to print an address that A - looks wrong or has nothing in the field and B - does not allow you to even pay for a label without a name.
I checked with my post office and they said if it says delivered, that's it and it's not being sent back. However I'm being told by the buyer that they are sending it back.
For the record, the address and name are 100% correct. I always check my labels before I send them out for errors as well against the address I'm given and it was word for word. Not to mention the address it shows as shipped through Paypal as well as the name is correct.
Has anyone had this happen before? I'm a little frustrated because of the way I was approached and the issue in general. I've never had packages go missing before, and it says it was delivered so I don't even think there's anything I can do on my end.
