Maybe someone could help me. I wanted leave a message to someone on Pinpics. After I write the message, I hit Send Message and it brings up a white screen. I don't feel like my messages are going through. Do I have to have a certain amount of posts on Pinpics to send someone a private message? Thanks for any advice
 
If I remember correctly, the first time you send a message to info@pinpics.com , you will get an auto response asking you to enter in the code shown in the response. I believe it's a safety measure to insure it's a real email and not spam. Once you do that, your email will be approved and pushed through.
 
The site is abound with technical difficulties, but there is no minimum for sending messages. Go back to your Inbox and then click on "Sent." You may be able to see if a copy was saved there, and can assume that it did get sent.
 
It's not just you. I've had that issue since the first day the new site came up. I didn't mention anything because Pinpics had said that there are a lot of technical difficulties as it is a new site that they had to work out first before doing something small. (Understandable). After they said they were going through member issues (when they still had a forum) I had commented and PM'd them on several occasions and was told they would get on it but I'm sure they had a lot of problems and they never got around to it....so I gave up and now use the old site. You can still send and receive requests from there.

You can try Disney Pin Place. If the member has their email listed, you can contact them directly.
