Yes, on the Danish webstore. Not the UK or the German one. They were sold out there before they even popped up.
 
I checked just before 8 and their was still no dolls,soon as it got to 8am the store crashed and now it loads back up and they are gone!how the hell are you meant to get them! How did the other countries get them before the uk? Thought we all got them at the same time?
 
I'm so, so sorry to hear this all. I was rooting for you ):

You know, this seems like a really bad pattern with the Disney Store. Every time they start to find the right way to do something (whether it's the amount of dolls, the price, the release, etc) then suddenly they take ten steps back and something bad happens. Knowing how well the first two sold they should have done larger editions (like with Merida - sure she took a long time to sell out but with the Frozen dolls it's obvious they wouldn't just sit on the site forever). They still make their money and sell their dolls even if the edition sizes are larger.

Again, so sorry to hear this and for those of you trying on eBay I wish you the best of luck in getting at least a somewhat reasonable price. I'll try to keep an eye out for things.
 
According to a friend, there were available like 45 minutes before the officialy release time. That sucks SO MUCH. My body is ready for high prices on eBay.... not.
 
I'd be fine if they just sold out it's the fact other countries got them first and no one even had a chance in the uk!Im thankful for having snow queen Elsa but now will end up on ebay for Anna🙁. I want to go back to bed but knowing my luck as soon as I do a few will pop back up lol
 
I was refreshing the uk site since 6am. It started to slow at 7.45 then crashed completely. I'll be shocked if anyone apart from those at stores were able to get them.
 
Frustrating isn't the word. Not going to even bother to start collecting if every future release is going to be like that, which is a shame as I really do enjoy the dolls. I've been obsessed for the past three months, but then I guess it might be a good thing I was so late discovering them.
 
As said before, that same thing happened with the TinkerBell/Zarina release. They too were available on the Spanish store almost an hour before they were on sale in the UK/Germany. I complained straight away and they told me it was a mistake and won't happen with the Frozen girls. Yeah, right!

I don't think it would be fair if the dolls popped back up.
Many people gave up after the "Sold Out" notice got posted.
 
Yes... since the other European sites didn't crash (I looked at the Danish one and they were available for 20 minutes - I even added them to my cart to check), other people having access to non-Disney-Uk sites were able to buy all 500 dolls before the UK even had access.
I feel so sorry for you all - I truly do...
Disney UK has some apologizing to do and it won't even make up for what has happened. So many Europeans lost out on this one.
 
If this happens with Maleficent I might cry! I'm thankful that Sq elsa came out before the movie or I wouldn't have that one but I wanted Anna for my birthday so looks like going to have to get her on ebay I'm thinking chances of them going back on the site are slim, I don't think anyone in the managed to get one,so unfair.
 
 
I THINK I managed to get Elsa... I got a "Thank you for your order" email but the order on my account is having errors... Please please PLEASE work! She was still available for like 3 minutes after I placed my order, and then went bye-bye everywhere in Europe :|

This is sadistic. WHO are the 500 people who cleared up the stock so fast?!? You'd think 500 (x2) for 100$ dolls would be enough stock for Europe...
