Like I said, I am sure they are sold out. The Danish store also shows them as available, they will even go in your cart, but when you try to check out, it shows error.

This is sadistic. WHO are the 500 people who cleared up the stock so fast?!? You'd think 500 (x2) for 100$ dolls would be enough stock for Europe...

Far from enough... Denmark, France, germany, Spain, Italy and Sweden cleared out the stock in 20 mins. While the UK page was down.
 
Germany didn't have the dolls before they sold out. They might have been available using the item# but I didn't even think to check the other european stores for that one.
 
Many people have been able to buy the dolls at just after 8am with the item number or by writing only Anna LE or Elsa LE ... So this is the problem.

I sadly didn't. They were online like 45 minutes before the official release time and just a few people actually knew about it. A Friend from Flickr mailed me, but I sadly didn't check my Flickr. :/ I actually wanted both, but I'll probably have to try getting Elsa from eBay for a decent price, cause then I at least own each girl one time.

Yes, I thought that. In any case they're out know. I have refreshed the page And it's said "We're sorry but..."
So sorry for all of you :-( It' not fair....
 
I see. You could order them on the Danish store from 8 GMT - no problem.
Guess this is proff for disney that 500 isn't enough at all for Europe. Europe should have gotten 1000 instead. I know they based it on how long it took for the last dolls to sell out, but you can't compare the current hype to the one back in November, since most European countries didn't get the movie before December/January.

my husband managed to get them (from uk) on the phone, the first time he got through about 5 past and they would only allow him to buy one due to the limit of £90, so he had to call back to get elsa, and that was about half past and they said he was lucky as there weren't many left, so there were SOME left so why not make them available to the uk online store?? im not sure what the status is now but it may be worth calling just in case there are any left, i dont know if ours were successful they said they were but i wont trust that just yet
 
Huh, now it says "Add to Bag" on the UK site but when you click it you get a message that says "The product you have selected can not be purchased at this time". I wonder if theres a reason why they changed it from Out of Stock.

Finally got through to guest services. They are all sold out Europe wide now :( apparently they were a amble for 20 mins. LIES I've been online constantly since 6am. I'm absolutly gutted :(
 
If I had known you could order over the phone I would have and not bothered trying online,I wonder if disney will learn from all the complaints and up the edition size. Thankfully I have the Sq elsa who is my favourite out of the four,going to look for Anna on the secondary market,so many on ebay already!

You might try repeatedly, as long as the Add to Bag button is there. In the past, other LE dolls have come back from SOLD OUT status, and been available sporadically to those who keep on trying. I think it's worth a shot.
 
GUYS OMG YOU GUYS!! I got anna in to my basket cos I was hitting the button like a crazy person AND it went all the way to the payment and I got thank you for your order mail too *faints* IS THIS REAL? Can I sigh in relief now??????

Seems like a lot have talked to disney UK and all the dolls are offically gone. The page just isn't updated properly.
Be awere of this even though it goes through... Not saying it won't go through, just saying that they should be gone.

In the past a doll has been officially sold out and it has popped up,the person above your comment managed it. I will keep trying for awhile just in case.
