Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
but I'm curious to know if the Animator Anna and Elsa dolls are in fact ANIMATOR dolls (in the white boxes with the sketched artwork) and not the toddler dolls (in the blue boxes). I ordered them to display with my Animator Doll set, and I'd love for them to match.

Also, my OCD is basically out of control. I'm okay with it.

I think it's safe to say they will be the white box Animator dolls. well from now on shame cause I liked the frozen logo myself,

Hope so! I have the toddlers already. The reason I ask (and just realized I forgot to mention it in my first post) is that the graphic on the site was still the old box, but the title of the product was Animator Doll, so they're kind of contradictory. I can wait it out and see for myself, worst case I'll just return them. But figured I'd ask and see if anyone got theirs yet... guess it's a little soon!

I think it's safe to assume that disney has sold out of everything frozen. Aside from clothes.
I was told on the phone on monday that EVERYTHING they made was gonna be put up before Friday.
So what they produced sold out.

I picked up a baby Sven at my mall this morning, pretty shocked they had it. The only other toy they had was Kristoff plush, then some clothes and books.

I really think the majority of sold out items will be back in stock eventually (probably after the DVD coupon expires - interesting how that usually ends up working out that way )

Im going try to keep patient with my animator Anna search. :sigh: They have a continuous supply of animator dolls of all the other characters at my store, so it just makes sense that eventually they'll get anna again. And that's the way I'm sure a lot of the merch will end up being. Classic dolls, plush dolls, plush characters... If they have it for all the other movies and princesses constantly, then it makes sense that they will eventually have a constant supply of it in frozen. ;)

I would say, in the case of the Anna Animators, definitely hold out. I've seen her restocked in stores several times since that packaging was launched. (I was able to get mine about two weeks ago, after holding her in my hands when she was first released and deciding I didn't need to buy her right then and there. I will never, ever make that mistake again.) On the flip side, I have yet to EVER see the Elsa Animators in a store! And it seems like whenever I make the "daily rounds" phone calls to see if new stock has come in, one of the stores in my area will report Anna and Kristoff Animators but no Elsas. <shrug>

i am going to hold out too. i am not buying a classic doll for 60-80 dollars, like it's going for on craigslist. like... urgh. i can rant about how it's their item and they bought it but the price is a little out there FOR ME (i can't even look on ebay because it seems like that is a trend). lots of demaaand.

but anyway. i hope they have a continuous supply. i think it would make sense, due to the popularity of the movie. more items = more moneeeeeeeeey from customers. and it's not like it's a limited release or they have "limited edition" markers.

i did the same with the classic dolls and the singing elsa. haha!

I'm thinking that they only restocked some merch to promote the DVD/Blu-ray release.
Maybe we won't be seeing any new Frozen stuff until the girls become official princesses. There is never a shortage of princess stuff and new things are always being made.
It's kind of like Wreck it Ralph and Brave. Once the items sold out they didn't come back in stock or produce new items. That is until Merida became an official princess and now we see her princess merch here and there and her doll is never out of stock.
Just my thinking...I hope I'm wrong because I would love some Frozen plushes and a snowglobe.

My local disney store had a few animator Annas and Kristoffs, but to my dismay no Elsa. The lady at the Disney store sounded pretty annoyed when I asked if they will be getting more. Guess she is tired if answering that question.

Yeah, I totally agree about holding out. Aw, I know completely what you mean about wishing I bought things instead of leaving it behind and regretting it later. That was my situation with the deluxe fashion set, figurines and animator anna. ~.~ I didn't think I would have room for anymore dolls but the singing ones when all the merch were plentiful at my disney store. Then I saw frozen and soon decided to make room for frozen displays, but all the merch I wanted was gone. A few weeks ago I found animator elsa and even tho I didn't have a set spot for her, I didn't want to regret not getting her this time around. Only now anna remains elusive. I hope you find your elsa animator doll soon!!

I know, it's not limited which makes me feel disney will meet the demand as soon as they feasibly can with a lot of the mainstay store merchandise. I did end up buying the deluxe doll set off of ebay tho because I'm not entirely sure that one will come back (tho there's always a chance they will). Better safe than sorry as it's more than likely the only way I'll get to enjoy coronation anna in my display ^.^

Excited that my disneystore order from Monday arrived today, two days ahead of schedule. We now have a set of the classic dolls, plus the two evens and Anna plush.

i would love to buy a coronation Elsa doll I think, keep checking the auction sites here in Japan but haven't seen anything yet, but it might take the dolls longer to get here considering how much problems seem to be going on with them

yes, don't expect the dolls before next week. Think one of my sets finally arrived today, but have to confirm with my father-in-law - since it says it was delivered in Osaka - but my father-in-law is in Miyazaki.

Yes, I will just have to keep my eye out over the next couple of days, just in case

I went to pick up my pre-ordered copy of Frozen last night. I didn't expect to do any shopping, but I ended up using my coupon, lol. I got Tink and Mickey t-shirts, and a baby Sven plush! Anyway, I just wanted to post to let anyone else close that they still had 6 or 7 baby Svens when I left. Nothing else too exciting was still there--a couple little Anna plush purses or something (?), Hans classic dolls, and about 20 Anna mugs... lol.

Edit: I just realized I never said which store I was referring to, which is really why I posted in the first place. The store I'm talking about is the one at the Pacific View Mall in Ventura, CA.

I'm excited too! When do you think they will be added? I assume as soon as they are added all the classic dolls with get covered in glitter. I hope they look nice in 2d as I'm not a fan of Rapunzel or Merida in the 2d look.

Merida was just under a year after, but I think they will probably speed it up for Anna and elsa since they're crazy popular :) I hope so anyway!

not sure if someone posted this already but this is the jim shore elsa and anna figurine.
it's called "sisters forever" and is available for pre-order.

also, i'm wondering how elsa would be incorporated as a princess? she is technically a queen? ; u;
