To lighten the moods of so many collectors that left the Princess release empty handed only to see the ever growing shark tank buying multiple sets to resell for obscene prices. Feel free to add your own observation in your post :)

oh do I agree with this one with no names mentioned! Being a good member. You know your a shark when you complain about others and turn right around and do it yourself.

You know you are a pin shark when you buy a bunch of pins and then put them up on ebay for a stupid high buy it now price instead of auctioning them and letting the demand set the price.
 
You know your a pin shark when you are more excited about the resale value then getting the pin for your collection.

Im loving the posts so far!

You know you're a pin shark when you miss your grandmas funeral because it was during a DSF release.
 
You know your a pin shark when your rush of excitement comes from someone going with out food or selling possessions to be able to purchase your outrageously priced pin.

As I can't come back for a bit I will drop a few signs.

You know you're a pin shark when your DPP/other pin database shows 758 pins for sale/trade wanting 1200 and have 6 pins in your collection.

You know you're a pin shark when you post here that you're looking for pins at cost "for a friend", attend the release with other non-pin ppl and then list pins for sale on Facebook for the going shark prices!

You know you're a pin shark when all of your PTD's for sale are captioned with "HTF, highly sought after, very rare" etc in order to justify the asking prices.

You know you're a pin shark when you tell newbies that their pins are scrappers but that you are willing to give them HM pins for them just to get it out of circulation.
 
You know you're a pin shark when you post a photo of 4 PTD's and say "I did my part to make it flip" And you're a great white pin shark when that is proceeded with "For sale for $50 each, PM's only."

The minute anyone doesn't like a price, the seller is immediately branded a shark by some unhappy person; this thread already has a tinge of "confessions" to it.

BUT, since it's to just to "lighten the mood" around here, I will add mine:

You know you're a pin shark when you comment in threads like this in order to deflect attention from yourself and have others believe you're not a shark. :D
 
youre a shark that moment youre at the park, people ask you what you collect:

Other trader: Oh you collect _____, here are my ___ traders.
Me: Yeah I dont feel comfortable trading an le 100 for an open edition pin, Im so sorry :(
Other trader: you stupid shark WHY ARENT YOU TRADING ME YOUR LE 100 PIN FOR MY OE PIN AHHHHH

And yeah that makes ME the shark..... :P
