Was Chicken Little an athlete in his movie? It seems like an awful lot of sports-themes pins feature him.

And I like the concept of the dog tags, but I wonder how many of them are going to be returned due to the little chain link at the top being broken or missing. Seems like they'd do better without that little loop, and just have the hole punched in the pin.
 
I love the Anna and Hans pin, but I just know these are going to be insanely marked up on the secondary market >_<
 
Someone just put up a Frozen set pre-order asking almost $1,400.

Are any actual collectors going to get these pins?

Patience guys, Patience. Most pins go through a cycle (there's always a few to the exception. For instance, #57577, DS Jessica as Maleficent). Wait for the market to die down. A number of the Stitch pins went for obnoxious prices. However, when his popularity ran its course, you were able get him with a more reasonable trade or price.

This really sucks. As I stated before, I'm trying to get my pin collection off the ground with just 1 cool LE pin but it seems that I may as well give up before I start because at this rate there will only be sharks.
 
You can get your pin collection off the Ground with one really good LE pin. Just don't pick princesses or anything popular and you should find something

What do you collect or what do you want to collect?
 
If people would not buy from sharks they would have to lower their prices. Most sharks are not the buy and hold kind of people if you catch my drift.

Sharks are very much a part of our hobby -- regrettably. However, I, for one, choose not to support them and am willing to wait until the market dies down, or find a fellow trader that loves the hobby for the sake of the hobby.

it's like collecting anything though, popular or not (because even it's not popular, it might be rare, so price is still high).

there are people who are going to sell an item at $100 and then there are people who are going to be happy with getting $35 for it.

honestly, i would just be thankful there isn't frozen pin LE10, because if i collected frozen pins, that would just... be really not fun if i'm going for completion.

oh and you know what other thing i would be happy about if i collected frozen things?
i would be happy that there are pins out there for me to collect and a variety of pins at that (omg @ hans).

it is sort of disappointing when some of your favorite animated films don't have much merchandise, let alone things like pins or buttons.
