DisneyStore Limited Edition 17" Dolls Discussion
I think she meant she paid for him even though she didn't order him by choice, so they sent Mal express to compensate.

Yes, but I said I kept him (and did pay for him) so I didn't send him back. They won't send out another Mal until UPS shows they picked up Phil.
Ahh I thought Disney finally figured some way to make the customers happy if they were the ones who screwed up. :\

hello and welcome!!! If your doll arrived via ups, you'll find the number on the shipping label, CART #, almost always the same as the COA#. If you picked up from the store you'd have to remove the covers and you will find your COA on the bottom of the box/belliw the doll.

The doll has pink flats, but in the movie, she has high heels.

So.... Disney Radio posted this:
"While the products of the Snow Queen (frozen) seem to be a success worldwide and the Aurora , Philip and Maleficent limited dolls are getting ready to go out in a few weeks , it seems that Disney has understood how to make money !
In our American source , very reliable so far, three new dolls are expected to emerge in 2015 These dolls are limited edition usual format ( 45cm or 17 †), we do not yet know the number of copies or the release date . So we made several assumptions :
With the arrival of the spring , the short film †Frozen Fever †, the dolls could emerge as last year, in March .
The release of the movie Cinderella is also scheduled for March and will be accompanied by a limited doll , which would delay the release of the three models †The Snow Queen †until later in the year. ( In October , instead of Jasmine ? )
Or simply , Disney decided to please its fans, by projecting the short film †Frozen Fever†before the movie Cinderella and release 4 dolls on the same day / month!
Anyway, three new dolls released in 2015, it will be : Elsa , Anna and Kristoff . We have prepared an overview of possible outfits from the film, to wait until the first visual . Of course it is also possible that the outfits are inspired by the short film.â€

OMG, I would love to finally get my hands on a 17in Limited Edition Elsa doll, so I really hope they release one for 2015! I completely missed the Snow Queen doll and though I did try for the coronation one, I, regrettably, missed out on that doll as well, so unless I go completely crazy and get the urge to spend $500-1000+ this would be my chance to get a hold of her! Elsa and Mulan are my two fav's! I have already purchased Mulan and Shang from the designer collection, so if they come out with a third Elsa doll I will be ecstatic, while also praying that I manage to get a hold of one. Hopefully the post/rumor is true as Elsa would also be my first 17in Disney doll!

I also missed both Elsa dolls and Anna dolls. I only got a coronation Elsa at a pretty high price. I Also hope they'll release a third Elsa.

Even though they released two sets of Elsa and Anna dolls this year there are still a lot of collectors that don't have them. I still think the next set that's scheduled to release next year will be a big hit. There are more frozen collectors than dolls. I get that there are others who don't want another set but Disney will make money with these as a lot of collectors still doesn't have one.

I am another one who would love a 17" Belle doll. Put her in the pink dress with the hood since I think they could do the most with that, or choose something from the Enchanted Christmas. Many people didn't get Belle when she was more affordable and/or were not particularly thrilled with the yellow dressed one, so another Belle would be great.

I would also like a different Alice. I never liked the layered dress. To me, Alice is not Alice unless she has a white pinafore. I appreciate that the 17" dolls don't have to look just like the animated versions, and I know many people liked the 17" Alice. I just think 500 was a bit too limited for Alice lovers.

And, as others have stated, Ariel was deserving of additional dolls and would have gotten them if she had been made after the Frozen craze. So that, Santa Mickey, is my wish list if Disney doesn't want to stop the 17" line in the next few years.

I would also LOVE a Belle doll in her pink dress and pink hood. She would be so pretty! I am hoping that Disney makes more 17 inch Frozen dolls . . . to those who don't want more, don't buy them if they make them . . . and to those who love Frozen . . . Yay, maybe we'll get more dolls with the short film! If Disney continues to keep making these dolls with the Diamond Edition DVDs, then we will get a Jasmine doll for sure next year around October, probably. No sources, I am just speculating and looking at the past "doll" history. I absolutely love these dolls . . . and they look sOOOOO much better in person! They are amazing!

Hey, has anyone actually WATCHED the Blu-ray Sleeping Beauty film yet? Because I was watching it earlier today, and during the celebration at King Stephan's castle right at the beginning of the movie, I had to pause on a close-up of Maleficent because I noticed something that I never had before. Her skin was SILVER, not GREEN! At first, I thought it might have been my screen, but it was on the normal color settings that I use all the time and I've never noticed an issue on the HD channels before. Did Disney repaint her for certain scenes, or have we been wrong about her skin color all along?

Imo she's never been green. She's a very pale skin colour with a hint of blue/grey. I think the LE doll captures her skin tone well. I think in the scenes were she looks green is because of lighting and her staff. Kind like how in the scene Aurora pricks her finger her skin also looks green! It's always annoyed me how people think Maleficent is bright green lol

A bunch of Maleficents, Blue and Pink Auroras are popping up in stores again. A store in houston had 4 of each doll today.
