Pretty sure that huge bow is not Chinese; I think it's Japanese. But I would love a limited17 inch Mulan doll dressed in something appropriate and preferably not her matchmaker dress. Another Belle would be awesome too, as I really disliked the first one.
 
With "Frozen Fever" to premiere before the upcoming Cinderella live action, I'm guessing we can expect a load of dolls to come out this March.

Also, just heard about this, so I'm probably behind everyone else, but apparently Idina Menzel herself confirmed last November that we can expect Frozen to go to Broadway, as well as there being a SEQUEL in the works.
 
Broadway yes, absolutely happening. Sequel, no, I'm afraid that's just speculation blowing her words out of proportion. I've even seen an interview after where she wished she'd chosen her words differently. Which isn't to say there won't be a sequel, with this much money rolling in the odds are pretty good actually, but it's still not confirmed by anyone.
 
I'd love a 17'' Cruella de Vil doll; she's right up there with Maleficent in terms of popularity so I certainly wouldn't count it out. :) I definitely think there'll be Frozen Fever dolls, but I'm not so sure about a new Cinderella. It would be the first time they released a doll not based on the animated version; I'm more willing to bet that she would be a designer size doll if anything. I also think they won't break their tradition of producing dolls for the Diamond Edition releases, so I'm at least counting on Aladdin and Jasmine in October!

Not so sure about Annas dress and especially that one in doll form...? :-/ I can't imagine how this will translate well...?

I agree with you about Anna's dress. I think this may be a Frozen release where I just buy Elsa because I just love what they did with her dress. I can't wait for these dolls. The Frozen Fever merchandise looks so pretty so far.
 
I think elsa's dress looks terrible. She is a queen for crying out loud.... Why is she dressed like that? I wanted something more like her coronation outfit.

I like Anna's outfit much better, but I have my reservations because I think the sunflower patterns look Hideous.

I am really disappointed that we got a variation of the older outfits. I really wanted them to do something new. Something different.

I guess people who debox are gonna have fun since Anna might have the short hair that coronation anna should have had.

At this point, I just want them to release anna and elsa in one pack and say it's limited to 10,000.

Kristoff's outfit must be horrible to be in during the spring... I wonder why they didn't just give him the one he wore at the end.
 
Yyyyeah, maybe I expected more. Or maybe I'm just over all this Frozen hype when there are SO many other characters we could see. Don't get me wrong, obviously Disney should go where the money is. But if there are LE dolls based on these designs, it'll practically be a rerelease of the November dolls. Only, instead of snowflakes, Elsa's dress will have flowers (say what?) and instead of rosemailing, Anna's dress will have sunflowers (bleck).

Like Lord said, Elsa's a queen. Her look should've stated that. Maybe they didn't want to mess with her design too much for fear of backlash.

But for real, if Elsa and Anna get a THIRD LE release and Cruela gets left out, I'm officially over this line. Again, I can't blame Disney for cashing in on their cow. I just really want to see them get back to focusing on other movies. BH6 had a little dark corner of merch compared to the entire wall of Frozen last year and the entire center of the stores this year.
 
I'm not particularly interested in Anna but deffo want Elsa! I actually love Elsa's new design even though the LE doll is basically going to look like the November one but with flowers.
i do really want a Cruella though!

I 100% agree with you. Of course Frozen is good money for Disney, but honestly it's become WAY overdone. For most Disney fans like us, we like to see new things from Disney. We're loyal fans and love to see everything represented in Disney, but we don't just want to keep seeing the same things over-represented. Big Hero 6 was just thrown to the sidelines this year and barely got any representation. Frozen was good, but not even close to being the best Disney movie made. I enjoyed it but now I am SO beyond sick of it.
But now with this hype these dolls are going to be IMPOSSIBLE to get. So they need to do a higher edition size.
 
I agree that Frozen has gotten way too much hype and merchandise, it was disappointing to see Big Hero 6 get so little attention and stuff. I'd have liked an LE Gogo or Honey- still hoping for when the DVD comes out. This was such a wonderful, touching movie with such gorgeous art, and it's getting very little love!

And I also was hoping that Elsa would be in an actual dress, definitely something more like her coronation outfit and not the snow queen dress with flowers, it's kind of a boring repetition of what was already there. It's like they know Frozen will succeed no matter what, so there's minimal effort in the art. Disappointing.
 
I really like Elsa's design, but I was hoping for something different for both her and Anna. I don't think I am even going to bother going for the dolls though, as I don't like them THAT much and I know its gonna be awful trying to get them. I am much more excited to see how the live action Cinderella doll will look as well as the Aladdin dolls (the latter are my top priority in terms of 2015 dolls). If they make standard 12 inch dolls like how they did for Tangled Ever After, I might get those. Plus I am sick of Frozen, so not a lot makes me excited for new merchandise for it lol.

Still annoyed we didn't get a special doll of some kind for Big Hero 6. :/

OMG, I definitely want an heirloom doll of Elsa in that dress! It's way too late for me to even attempt getting Snow Queen Elsa, but that would be a lovely substitute! Not quite as impressed with Anna, and I've already got a doll of her in her snow-gear outfit anyway so I might just get Elsa and Kristoff, if possible, but we'll see! Maybe they'll impress me, or the doll will look much better than I'm currently envisioning. I agree, I'd also love to see a Cruella, Jasmine and Aladdin, or even a Mulan heirloom doll as well though!

I really hope they don't do a live action Cinderella Heirloom doll though! They only gave us a regular version of Aurora and Maleficent when the live action Maleficent came out and I think that was a good call! They were nice dolls and all, but in reality, it's the animated versions they'll stand the test of time, whereas usually live actions are over and done with pretty quickly. Anyone remember a Disney live action movie called Splash? Neither do I! I only know about it because I watched "Waking Sleeping Beauty". Apparently it was pretty popular, on route for getting a sequel-no clue if it did or not-but it obviously wasn't too memorable of a film in the grand scheme of things. How many Cinderella remakes have their been and will continue to be throughout the years? From the previews I've seen this one doesn't seem to be all that special, not unless they've got some great second scene coming up after the main plot is over, so my guess is that this one will likewise be forgotten or written off as yet another live action Cinderella to add to the large pile of ones that have already been made and the only one most people will continue to remember fondly throughout the years will be Disney animated version. Don't get me wrong, I'll still go see the movie, partially hoping that my current thinking will be proven wrong and that it'll have some amazing twist, though mostly for Frozen Fever, but I'll still be disappointed if, out of all possible Disney characters, it will be their live action version of Cindy that Disney decides to make the next heirloom doll into!
 
Tbh id rather see a BH6 Le doll then the Cindy ;/ Saying Big Hero 6 has become a favorite of mine, Im very disappointed how little merch or attention it has been given :(

I'm glad they are doing Cinderella! She is the most iconic princesss and the one we already have looks nothing like her. Hoping it will be the animated Cinderella face with movie version dress. This won't be the first live action heirloom doll, Alice was based off the live action as well as the animated so if Cinderella comes out anything like Alice then I will be happy!
Mostly excited for Elsa next year, can never have too much Elsa lol. Just hate how hard she will be to get:( Not looking forward to the Aladin dolls as I don't like that movie.

I TOTALLY AGREE!!! But don't give up yet! the DVD is being released in February so there might be a surprise doll release :)
